Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was amazing, very polite and helpful! Rooms were very clean and comfortable Advertised they had a pool but when we got there the pull was actually no longer there, literally filled and sealed with concrete.

The room was a good size and met expectations. The front desk staff was kind and helpful with anything we asked. Location was Not enough pillows on the bed (3 for a double bed), no fitted sheet in the room for the sofa bed, the property was adequate but dated

The GFCI kept tripping in the bathroom rendering all plugs near the headboards useless. Ended up having to sleep on the sofa sleepper with my head at the foot of the bed for my CPAP. No cups to rinse mouth, take medicine, etc. We had 5 guests and only 4 pillows. Breakfast was super minimal. Our door didn’t even close properly. Won’t be coming back or recommending.

No body soap. TV wouldn’t work properly.

After 12:30 am we were told we must move to another room. We got know sleep because of the in&out of the room by maintenance people we moved to the 3rd floor where construction was being done no sheets. Just was satisfying at all.

The location was close to our destination. The breakfast was horrible. They served burnt ham and didn't replenish any items. They only had two types of juice and no water. Very disappointed and few items to choose from. McDonalds was close by, so we went to eat breakfast there. The hotel was under construction which we were not aware of and pool was closed. The staff mention that the website mentioned the pool closure which is not true. Our room was on the third floor where construction was so not clean at all. Unfortunately, I could not get a refund if not I would have not stayed there the night. The room I booked was a suite but no coffee maker in room. Will never book again.

There had recently been a water break. The hotel was filthy and everything smelled musty. Elevator was down for half the stay. First room was so awful we were going to leave but went ahead and took the third floor room they put us in because it was very late. Our room was avearge but there was majot construction going on in the hotel all around us. Would not stay here again.

WE came for the 1st family vacation ever! Large family 5 kids, dads military contract just ended so hes home for good! the kids loved being able to relax after the beach and have other kids and families in the hotel made breakfast convos so much fun. we were able to let our friends know our plans and they were put in room close to us which also made the trip just a bit better, the staff smiled and were so sweet to my kids who had never stayed in a hotel before and were a bit unsure and exausted. having a bath tub in the room also is the best thing to have with small kids cause that sand is no joke and we were able to HUGELY miminize sand. and to top of what my family has dubed the best vacation at breakfast the attendant saw all the tired parents and was so helpful and aware of what was needed My whole family was able to sit and enjoy a meal nothing ran out and nothing needed was out of reach. The staff here needs to know what simply doing thier jobs brings to the customers! back to school

The room was clean, but it was warm and stuffy when I arrived. I turned on the AC which worked well and sprayed some air freshner. Most of my time was spent away from the hotel and I didn't try the breakfast. The lobby was nice and clean. I didn't need housekeeping services after the first night, but on day two I requested the trash be emptied and for more towels. When I returned that evening, it had not been done and after requesting it one day three, I got the same results. the lady at the front desk was very helpful and took care of meeting my needs.

Room was in bad shape, floor damage near window, waterfall off the roof by my window, sink sprayed water sideways, first room smelled of smoke and it was the only handicap room..., electrical buzzing coming from outlet next to bed, microwave plug had to be put in just right to make connection, pillows were tiny and there were stains on the couch. Room 211 was smokey and 209 had all the issues listed above. Hot tub was not working for the rest of the season due to renovations.

Loved our stay

Friendly staff. Cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Close to restaurants. Beach nearby. Whirlpool tub was great.

Hotel was ok. They were remodeling when I was there so the hotel smelled of paint. My room had a weird smell.
