WoodSpring Suites Houston La Porte

The room smell like cigarettes and it stated it was non smoking hotel and the night we got there it was bad that I couldn’t stay there even a bug came out of the ac vent. I had to asked for refund they just charged me the first night even though I didn’t stayed there which I should’ve got a full refund for all the nights. Please take this as consideration for me getting the first night rerun since I didn’t stayed there.

Any questions I had, she was able to answer. She was very helpful with trying to find my shoes that I thought I left in our room. (They were in the car) I will definitely be returning if needing to stay at a hotel in the La Porte area!

The walls in the room had mucus all over the walls. It was dirty, leaking water from the sink, the toilet had tissue paper in there as if somone just used the rr before I went it. It was disgusting. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The staff was nice and did what they could and I appreciate it that... however I will never come back to this location.

Overall it was a great place to stay for the weekend, we will be back.

The hotel needs some updating

Worst atmosphere. Lift keys were broken. Room was smelling. Bathroom not cleaned. It was a worst experience.
