Excellent location, very friendly staff. A pleasure to stay at this hotel

The owners were awesome! Very welcoming and helpful. The location is optimal for a visit of La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Right in the center and within a 10 minute walk from the train station. One of the owners gave us so much information about what to do in the area, about places that are hidden treasures, and where the best places to eat are. We loved absolutely everything. The hospitality of the hosts makes you feel at home. I would book again at Hotel Novecento, if in the area.

Very good central location Great staff

Small but adequate size room with a large modern bathroom. Everything clean. And the location on Strada Prione is fantastic, right in the middle of the city. Best of all was the absolutely fantastic staff will help you with you intenerary during your stay once you arrive, as well as taking care of any other needs. Great price Nothing I didn’t like

There were some drawings with black paint that were a little weird

The design itself is quirky and at first a little creepy feeling (like someone had a menty b and drew on all the walls lol) it definitely doesn't fit the design of the outside. Also the lighting is very dim. I wish the lights were brighter! These are minor though. Overall we had a wonderful stay,

Hidden Little gem in the heart of the city. Wonderful staff! Great recommendations for dining. They made reservations for us! Very clean and cute! The bathroom is small but equipped.

We loved the personal treatment we received. The location was excellent. Located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and train station. There really wasn’t any that I can remember not liking about this Hotel.

Anna, Pietro, and Guglielmo are literally the best hosts ever. They went out of their way to welcome us to Italy, tell us how to get around Cinque Terre, and made us a reservation for one of the hottest restaurants in La Spezia. The place is also a little slice of heaven tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still managing to be central (literally in the middle of the city) to La Spezia. The place is super clean, the AC is strong, the facilities are great, and we also booked an authentic pesto making class and it was fantastic. You’re getting a class with a former chef who worked in a Michelin star restaurant. Nothing. I 100% recommend!! Having stayed in multiple places in Italy from luxury hotels to hostels, Novecento by far is top tier.

Quaint location in the heart of Le Spezia. Close to train station, in pedestrian area of downtown. Extremely friendly staff!!! Nothing

The soundproofing was not good. We live on the ground floor near the reception area, and could hear the noise when people come in during the night. Can also hear people next door.
