Hotiday La Spezia Quiet Night

Big space, veeery clean, good location, excellent customer service, quiet, the place is very nice, nice details. Loved all the windows (even in the bathroom), i loved the view from the window and a mini fridge was very nice to have! The curtain holder would block for the windows to fully open. As a side note, it would be nice if the rooms had its own kettle to make your own tea/coffee (even though you can do this in the lobby, it would be nicer to have in the room!)

Nice room with plenty of space. Couldn’t figure out how to use the stove.

Exceptional

The location, which was very nice, in the city center and near of the train station. Very easy to visit the Cinque Terre and other villages. The city was adorable, with a beautiful port and good restaurants.

perfect location, close to the train station and everything in the walking distance. we had a bit of a hard time to check in, because the codes for entry weren’t send in advance. they use WhatsApp to send codes. my husband doesn’t have this app on his phone. Luckily we figured out to ring the door bell at the property and after that it wasn’t a problem.

This was our base to explore Cinque Terre. Nice town and this property is very central. Plenty of options close by to explore. about 10min easy walk from station. We arrived early but could not contact host to see if early check in or bag drop could be an option. No big drama.

Lovely room, we enjoyed staying here tremendously. Great location, with restaurants, market, bus station, train station and even harbour within walking distance. We loved the cafe where you can use the breakfast ticket. Although the breakfast is just a croissant and a coffee, they have a great variety. The room was a bit damp, but I Guess that is to be expected in an old building in a seaside town.

Loved that breakfast was included at the cool bar downstairs. Great value for money. We had to leave cash - think it was the tax amount- be we were not informed of this. Strange smell in the bathroom - think it was coming from the drains.

Central location. Easy access to transport and dining. The room was comfortable and clean. Only wish the shower stall was a bit larger but otherwise everything else was just right

Beautiful room, and literally what it says in the name.. quiet. The host was lovely and very helpful. Cafe to have breakfast was really easy to find. Overall a really enjoyable stay! Thank you The bed wasn’t the comfiest.

If you are content with a croissant and coffee in a top 50 restaurant, then this is your stay. However, it is a short walk around the block. Bed was broken and not fixed upon asking while booked for 3 nights. Dirty windowsills were clearly visible. Extremely noisy at night. Airconditioner did work but only just.

Location & value for money Shower was extremely small. We weren’t given the door code to enter the apartment despite asking for it before we arrived- luckily another guest could let us in.

Very quaint little property Very confusing to get into our room. Tried calling but no answer. The gentleman eventually called me back and we were able to get in.
