Th property was beautiful. The instructions made finding it easy and it was exactly as described. It was in a wonderful location that made it easily walkable and easy to reach. Would absolutely stay here again.

HD to carry large bags up stairs

Very clean, newly remodeled. Very close to city center, shopping, restaurants, train station. Very small room. Bed only. Very difficult to find and access. Booking info said it had a restaurant and free parking—not true. Best for one person traveling with light luggage perhaps by train. Very difficult parking on streets only.

Located right in the down town area. Short walk from the train station. Staff were super kind and helpful! Room was clean and cute! Only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock. It looked and felt like a box spring without a mattress. Everything else was amazing

The room was a good size with access to a balcony. It was cleaned daily by staff with a good sized bathroom. It’s in a great location right next to the Main Street with bars and restaurants and only 10 minutes from the train station. The bed was a little uncomfortable but overall it was a positive stay

The location was great! The Tavern below requires a reservation but we were able to reserve without a problem. It was so delicious (amazing beer and food) that we ended up eating there two nights of the three nights we were staying there. This place is a total gem. The room decor is so nice and everything felt very personalized. My name was handwritten on a note pinned to the door when we arrived. It felt safe in the area and was such a short walk to the train station to visit Cinque terre. Many cafes, shops, and restaurants in the immediate area. Make sure to check your email before arriving so that you go to the right check in spot. You have to check in at the cantina which is a three minute walk away. We walked quite a bit with heavy luggage not knowing this. There is also no elevator in the building which is fine because the rooms are on the second floor. Also the water heater is tiny, so long hot showers are not possible.

The facilities and the location were excellent The room had loads of mosquitoes. We got lots of bites that became very uncomfortable!. The bed was so close to the wall that I couldn’t easily get into bed. The water system made lots of strange noises.

Location was perfect right behind the main street through town,the cleanliness was excellent and staff fab.I left my phone after leaving and they kept it for me till I could return. Booking in one place and the actual place at another but it was a 5 minute walk,no hassle really

Well situated in the heart of everything, a short walk from the station to explore Cinque Terre. Easy to find. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Coffee and tea making available in the room and warming up a meal is possible in the small foyer outside your door.

Our stay was wonderful. The room decor and cleanliness was great. We enjoyed the balcony and proximity to the train station, and many restaurants and activities nearby such as the Naval Museum and Marina. The furnishings were all in very good condition and you could tell the attention to detail with the room design. It was very quiet from the other rooms and you could not hear the taverna below at all even though we were the first room above it. This was perfect for us after a long day trip spent in Cinque Terre. Getting the room key was easy and it is a good system for entry and exit. Staying here was so comfortable and perfect for what we needed! I would add a small mini-fridge in the room where the garbage can is. It would be very nice to have a second set of curtains in addition to the existing blackout curtains that you can use to allow light in but not see through. Otherwise, I wouldn’t change anything. It’s well worth the visit!

Sightly loud at night because it’s over a tavern

This room would be nice in summer, but in a wet winter such stone and brick walls remain terribly cold

The host was very! Responsive. I had trouble with my AC and her husband came in a few minutes and fix it for me. The small room was perfect for a solo traveler. I guess the big rooms bed was a little too firm for my taste. The smalls room bed though was perfectly soft. I had some issues with my AC and same for the heater in the bathroom…guess they will get it fixed since it was a bit cold:)

Great location, comfortable bed, very modern factlilities, had everything that was needed.

Nothing. Truly. We arrived (with a baby) late which we told the staff about before arrival. The automatic check in did not work and so we continued to ring the bell. The staff came out of a bar completely drunk and started yelling at us, saying xenophobic and awful things about us became we were American (they accused us of wanting to enslave them as part of the unhinged rant). We were in tears at night and kept saying we needed to go in so our baby can sleep. They tried to kick us out with our baby because literally they were mad we rang the bell for “too long.” It was only when we threatened to call the police that the staff let us in but they continued to harass us for hours in their drunken state before returning to the bar. There were dozens of witnesses shocked at this behavior in public.

Great location kinda noisy Bed was really soft

Everything was very clean. We arrived as the room was being cleaned but the lady was very kind and let us quickly put our bags in the room so we didn't need to carry them around. The room had everything we needed and was very cozy. The shower made a very loud noise whenever it was used.

We had a great stay here. The staff were lovely and cleaned our room everyday. The room was nicely presented and clean. There were amenities to make coffee, tea, etc. which was a nice touch. Our room was above the main street so there was a little bit a street noise (not cars because there is not many cars in the area). This might be different for the rooms further back though.
