I was made to feel very welcome throughout my stay and was able to come and go at any time. Free tea & coffee were available in the small kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent with local and homemade produce. The whole house was beautifully appointed and included a lounge area and balcony, and extensive garden. The WiFi connection was occasionally poor.

Very nice little private hotel, about 20m from Annecy, very quiet and peaceful, great breakfast and safe parking, the owners are very nice and helpful

The property was excellent with a very calm location and beautiful surroundings. The room was very comfortable, spotless and nicely renovated. The hosts were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was superb, everything local and/or homemade. Only minus was a missing air conditioning now in June but we still managed to sleep well with open windows and a fan.

Very Clean. Contemporary. Lovely host. Nice breakfast. Perfect coffee! Low sharp square wooden beam in the eaves over the bed. I hit and cut my head hard . Some protection on the sharp edge would have saved my head.
