Peaceful hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. The spa was small but sufficient. Food was also fine. Very helpful staff. The property was a bit out of the way.

Quiet setting within easy striking distance of town and beaches. Tennis and golf a walk away and great safe cycling from the hotel. Gym Pool and Spa v good. Serene. Great breakfast

Room was clean, although we did not get serviced on our 3rd day. The spa is hyped, when really it's quite standard, not available at all times and they won't let you in if you do not have speedos for men. The hotel itself is too quiet, nothing going on with no ambience at all. The hotel is essentially a corporate retreat for the French and not geared to holidaymakers in my opinion. The restaurant closes at 9.30, the pool gets locked in the evening and the spa is open for a few hours in the morning and then 3pm to 7pm only. Treatments are massage and facial, no other standard ones such as manicure or pedicure. The beds are low and the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, didn't get a good night sleep once in 4 night's. For the price you'd expect China cups, not paper. I'm all, we would return to Lacanau but we would not stay at this hotel again.

Good spa, indoor and outdoor pool, staff were lovely The restaurant was closed on the evening I was there, and getting a taxi to the nearest place was not possible. The only food available was a cheese or charcuterie board. I ended up cycling down to the beach front.

The playground is a bit broken (there areciuple of logs just laying on the ground) and the swimming pool is rather cold

well for me disappointment if you book it with pool etc... and you come at day light and it is declared the pool closes at 8 p.m. you miss it and open at 10 a.m. and I am gone...especially if you drive an hour from airport...room nothing specila, what I paid in this category, hotel is "midle of nowhere" looks to me like spa hotel from ninetees... generally if I book something and half is not available for night stay...well that is life now.

The spa facilities were good and the staff helpful. It was the first time however that we had to pay for bath robes. I liked that there was a fridge in the room for our personal use. There’s the possibility to make tea in the room but not coffee. Apparently it stains the carpet..

Lovely rooms and great facilities. Swimming pool was fabulous and we had a nice dinner.
