The location is a far away from the main road, so you need a vehicle to get around. It was a bit pricey considering the fact that it is far away from Leh Market/ restaurants etc.

There was nothing pleasurable about this hotel. The rooms were dirty, there was hair in my food, the tv did not work, the shower flooded the bathroom, we booked two beds in the Presidential suite for INR 20,000 and there was only one. The worst part was that we had someone tell us at 5am our taxi had arrived to take us to the airport. There was no taxi and after waiting 30 minutes, a taxi arrived and we almost missed our flight.

Spacious room, nice view, friendly staff. Dining room was not very nice. Breakfast started late for travellers (8.00) and staff was courteous but very inexperienced. In short the service was non existent. Redoing of the room was incidental. If you didn’t tell them, they wouldn’t come to clean it up.
