The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location, easy to get around, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The views from the room were beautiful, and the bedrooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was a little on the hard side — but that’s the only thing I could fault.

We were warmy welcomed with khatag for good luck and freshly brewed Kehwa! Welcome was genuine and did not feel typical hotel forced to do welcome. Immediately our tiredness went away after driving all the way from Darcha. The room was spacious but then we were upgraded to suite with an amazing balcony and the breathtaking view! The room service was prompt and breakfast had couple of options but it was not a buffet at our time. But we could order whatever we wanted from the menu which was included. We did not have pay anything extra. The property is 800m from the main market but that ensures you have a good sleep without any street noise. I would love to stay here again. Also they have a lovely garden! The dinner we had mix veg was very oily and had no options of tibetian food

I stayed here four nights and found the staff (especially Banan, the manager) to very service oriented. See my prior review—facilities, staff, location and food are all excellent.

Perfect location and very modern hotel just .4 mile from Main Bazaar. Naman, the manager, is amazing in his service-orientation and attention to detail. His entire staff shows the same high quality. Room is very large, bathroom is totally updated, there is 24x7 hot water, power, and strong wifi. My balcony has spectacular view and an outside sitting area. Food/service are superb-they have buffets but I always ordered off menu—totally satisfied. There is a small courtyard with tables/umbrellas on ground level. I liked everything.

The location is close to the main market of Leh. One can just walk up. The family room is perfect for family of four. No fan in rooms however option of standing fan to be placed. Summer in leh now require fans.

The supervisor/reception staff is very friendly and helpful. He made all effort to print and scan documet including how to use an App to scan. The hotel has a small nice front garden- neat and clean. Various potted plants were placed along the stairs, and corridor. The hotel interior corridor, staircase are spacious. The hotel prepared packed breakfast for those who cannot do the regular breakfast. Laundry cost was cheap. My room was upgraded to one with balcony at no extra. Good room facilities at most attractive room rate, compared to the other 3 hotels I stayed in Leh and Nubra Valley, which make the hotel excellent value. Should inform new guest arriving that if hot water is needed in the room, to call front desk who can then switch on the hot water to the room very quickly. I think the hotel has installed a hot water on demand system as part of saving energy - a commendable effort. When I asked to switch on hot water for my shower, the hot water was available within few minutes. There is no lift, but hotel staff would help to take luggage upstair.

We had 2 reservations at this place. We kept some of our luggage here as we had to come back again the day before our flight. We had early check-out and they arranged for packed hot breakfast for us. Naman and staff were very friendly and took care of all our requests while we were at the property.

Me and my 80 year old mom stayed here. They took excellent care of my mom. Very happy with our stay.
