Central location, friendly staff, allowed checkin 1 hour before time, buffett dinner (additional charges) was okay, beds were okay Rooms & facilities were not as expected, toilet door squeaky, windows dusty, water spills over to rest of bathroom floor after shower. Overall decor, cleanliness and facilities need to be refurbed to claim a 4* compared to the charges
