I really enjoyed the kindness of those who checked me in and out. The breakfast was good also. Room was comfortable

Had to check out a day early because my mother in law passed couldn't get the night we didn't stay refunded as well as two of our siblings stayed they have received their deposits back and we still haven't received ours. They said it's the bank but our siblings bank with the same bank so that's definitely not the issue. The toilet barely flushed and stayed getting clogged up

I loved the comfort they provided in their suites and love the location because its so close to town where all the activities are! Try keeping up with the pool because it wasn’t cleaned. Also add a way to do Late checkout for people who struggle to sleep late.

I originally made reservations for a double room. Which is 2 double beds, we received a key for a single king did not realize until we walked into the room. That room had mold on the ceilings. Went back to the front so we can get the double that we paid for. Upon entering the double, there was old candy, wrappers and trash on the floors. Also the trash was not emptied from the previous guest or maybe the clean up crew. Not sure but obviously the room was not clean.

The breakfast wasn't good at all. The eggs tasted like powered eggs. The breakfast has to get better for me to stay there again. The rooms were clean as was the hotel.
