There were so many stains on the bedspread and hairs on the pillows

A little bit run down but the price was right

Old, run down, needs a lot of tlc. Bugs in the room. Police swarmed the parking lot on a domestic abuse call.

It had a bed, thank God we brung our own pillows. Tub had mold or dirt around the edges, AC cut off and on all night, seen 3 homeless or drug addicts wondering the parking lot on 3 different occasions, got up at 8am doors locked no free coffee, manager said I could have saved $10 if i would have booked through them instead of booking.com.

Musty smell.

​I accidentally left my USB charger in the room and called to check if housekeeping had recovered it. The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again."

Very unpleasant front desk attendant. Would not give me a non smoking room. Sheets had burn marks in them, AC was broken, room was in tatters.. by far the worst Red Roof Inn I ever stayed in.. disgusting

It says it’s renovated but it’s not pillows are dirty and bath towels stained , no shampoo in dispenser , front desk man very rude . Easy parking close to everything.

It’s cool no problems just need more towels maybe but it’s 10/10

Made a reservation through an online service. Received confirmation. On the night of check-in I was called at 11:30 pm that Red Roof Inn, Lafayette, did not have a room that would accommodate a pet. Red Roof Inn and the booking service rate a zero given their poor performance and lack of caring. The entire experience

The room stated it was renovated which it clearly wasn’t. The air condition was dirty. They still had patches in the wall and bathroom area. Only one small thin sheet on the bed. While you can’t expect much from the price point, it’s more like an hourly motel.

Clean room, convenient location off the interstate. Well lit parking lot. Safe and quiet location

I forget my USB charger and they claim they did not find it. They had the audacity to accuse me of taking the ice bucket. They looked in my car to see whether I had the cheap ice bucket.
