No breakfast. The hotel manager was very rude.

Ontario hotel and suites is highly recommended! The stable electricity and services was top notch, the room AC/refrigerator/boiling kettle works perfectly well that we have to turn off the AC sometimes.

Had communication issues. We all spoke English but we had a problem of understanding each other

There were 2 downsides but they weren't deal breakers. The location/ surroundings was definitely one downside. I was skeptical about staying there until we went inside the actual hotel. The other downside is a lack of an elevator. The staff was helpfull with bringing up our luggage, but being on the 3rd floor and going up those stairs in the heat was not enjoyable at all. If you have limited mobility or difficulty climbing stairs, double check the location of your room.

I had a wonderful stay,Everything was smooth from check in to check out,the rooms are clean and modern,the staffs are lovely,the food I ordered for are so delicious and one of my highlight is the complimentary breakfast. I would definately be back next time.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the convenient location close to restaurants, shops, and public transport and the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options.
