The location is great. Quiet neighborhood with additional security checks provided by the estate. It is also easily accessible with very good connections to the airport and the Central Business District. The hotel is good and can be improved by paying more attention to the maintenance of the assets so that it can be better. The wifi could also be improved.

Great breakfast Great ambience. Excellent staff particularly BISMARK. He ensured out staff for seamless. He helped with money exchange and ride bookings which were outside the apartment services

I particularly enjoyed the moi moi and I had to ask for more. My mum thinks the bread and omelette would be juicier with a little margarine. The fact that they don't have a mini in-house store for essentials. Toothpaste, bathroom slippers cond**s, biscuits and shaving sticks, etc.

Most of the staffs were really welcoming and helpful. The security of the location was great. Electricity and backup were great. Meal were decent but a little pricy. Although most of the staffs were very nice and helpful, a few just acts like they don’t want to be there. The air conditioning needs upgrading. The response time for requested service can be improved a lot. The WiFi connection was very poor. The cleanliness of the room is quite underwhelming.

The hotel swerved my booking and gave my room to a cash customer, claiming they could not reach me to notify me. They could provide proof of their attempted calls. The staff's patronising lies. They routinely displace customers who book on platforms for cash customers to avoid platform fees and commissions.

Presken at Obafemi Awolowo needs to be shut down for a total overhaul. Breakfast and any food that came out of the kitchen was piss poor and the staff couldn't care less. Lift was broken and I had to go up and down to the 5th floor. Reception & dining area overcrowded with staff members who simply stare or pretend to be busy with only 1 or 2 being helpful. Extremely loud music in the night with extremely dodgy clientele. Bathroom might as well be a hole in the ground with a bucket for washing. Dirty beddings. Broken cupboards. Ancient air-conditioning and tv. Never again.
