Breakfast was good. Though I did not attend the buffet breakfast, what I ordered and paid for was good. There was significant improvement in quality of facilities when compared to my last stay in 2024. The location is very convenient and excellent being so close to the airports. The TV channels in the room were rather sparse and limited. The TV reception was not the best quality. Pictures were grainy and at least one of the channels did not have good audio. Other than that, I saw a significant improvement in quality since my previous visit in 2024.

The Location is great and excellent to the airport. Some of the room facilities need to be repair, eg toilet and shower are run down and there was no internet.

Whether there is an occupant in a room or not the furnitures should be dusted.

The cupboard for the fridge was broken.

The proximity to the airport, local and international, is great. Connecting to early morning and other flights into or out of the country is free of the hassles of traffic and fear of missing your flight. While the products of the rooftop restaurant (which offered room service almost traditionally) were largely tasty meals, the wait time can be quite depressing. And don't be fooled by the time estimate they give you. It is largely arbitrary and not researched or real. Not that they choose to deceive, just that when they say they'll "be there/ready in 5 minutes", it may take another 20-25 minutes (if you're lucky. If not, you may need to call them again and again to follow-up (mainly, not usually to remind). A few of the props could with an upgrade or at least tidied up. The faucets in the bathroom could be cleaned/ burnished or replaced with new unstained replacements, same for toilet seats a little touch of maintenance will go s long way. Some portions just need a reclauking of the seams. While it is understandable that outlet adaptors are not obtainable from the front desk because "guest used to or have taken away the ones we used to have", it is unsatisfactory to default to this stance. Guests who come in from locations that used other outlet types should not have to suffer inability to,say, recharge their phones /devices because they can't " plug in their chargers. Here's a win-win idea, have the adaptors available from the front desk for those who may need it for 'refundable lease' i.e. guests needing the adaptors deposit a sum at least equivalent to the cost of replacing one and get refunded their deposit upon returning it undamaged at the end of their stay (or use of it). Just my 2 cents.

good location near the airport, spacious room and confortable bed, quite affordable Breakfast is basic and served in the rooms, no dining area to go have breakfast.

The door in the bathroom didn't close, the place could use some deep cleaning

The room was very clean, the receptionist was very polite. The restaurant was slow with the room service, they took their time that i was forced to go up.
