Crescent Bay Inn

Check-in was a breeze, on-site parking, walkable to the beach, close to shuttle stop.

Parking was easy. Staff was helpful. Access to beach was quick and straightforward. Great experience, would book again.

The room was clean and updated, the hotel is within walking distance to the beach, the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Checking in and out was easy.

It was clean. Had a microwave and frig. Can't see much of the ocean with ocean view. Needed shower gel/soap

Stayed in room 302 which did have kind of an ocean view and was well off PCH so it was quiet. It was comfortable and clean, but there was no maid service, The front desk had easy access to things like extra coffee pods and paper plates and there was an outdoor shower that was good for rinsing off after being at the beach. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad and they had beach towels to check out. The on site manager Sal was very helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. The location was not very close to the downtown area, but that was actually kind of nice as it wasn’t super congested. Crescent Bay beach is a good beach for snorkeling and Crescent Bay Point Park was a nice spot to watch the sunset.

Quiet part of town and near the shuttle route, convenient for the Pageant of the Masters. Nice walk to Crescent Bay beach and an overlook for views and sunsets nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel owners and property was fantastic. The location to an amazing beach and the park that over looks the beach was only a couple minutes walking. Highly recommend this place.

Very close to the beach!

Located in close proximity to crescent bay beach, towel service, AC. Arrived with the blind’s frame broken and derailed not allowing main front facing window curtain’s to remain closed. Solo female traveller, had to reinforce with hair clip for safety. Vanity light bulb burnt out, not replaced. Black mold/rot growing alongside shower heads and shower rods. Wifi service NOT included as advertised due to overdue “network errors”.

If you are senior citizen with any physical impairments this is not the place for you. This is an old establishment with no elevators. Getting access to the beach is difficult. You have to walk down a steep hill . There is no central air conditioning and the air conditioning is very loud.

We love the location. It’s peaceful and has access to the paths to the beach. We also like being able to walk in the beautiful neighborhoods to other accesses to the beach. We walk to the trolley to go into the village, go to the art festival n go south to other hotels n restaurants. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It is always a nice stay for us. We wish there were more options for food close by.

Location, location, location Crescent Bay beach is a great beach, but always crowded Go early The Inn is old school...and it shows... carports are downstairs/ rooms are upstairs....the stairs going to/from the room, I worry about Place needs exterior paint

Sal who appeared to be in charge was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely stay there again next time in Laguna.

A very nice hotel just down the hill to Crescent Bay Beach. Reasonable prices with a frig and microwave. Not far from downtown either by walking or trolly. Free parking. Friendly staff.

Doesn’t look like the pictures. There is no view but it’s alright for as close to the beach as it is
