Quick services. Bathroom was neat and clean, towels were neat and clean new. Breakfast was good.

Everything was perfect according to my expectations overall room maintenance and cleaning, good smell, complimatry stuff, and good thing is the manager is good person his dealing his behaviour is so nice. And breakfast also good and tasty.

Staff was great. Facilities and cleanliness were also good. They resolved a major issue with AC within an hour. Would like to visit again.

Perfect location and room structure was beautiful and awesome. It was my third stay in rosewood i really like their services and staff cooperative attitude. The manager is very passionate and maintaining everything which i noticed like rooms, cleaning, like evey little think what they offer their costumers. Breakfast were same but tasty, fresh and hot.

Nice and clean room and fully comfortable. That was twin delux room 102. They manager arraanged the taxi for me that was very supportive for me. And arranged the charger at the day time. He was nice guy with politeness. Quick Check-in within minutes. Heater working very well and comfortably at peaks. Hot water 24/7 service everything was perfect. Breakfast with egg omelette parathas, shami kabab and tea was good taste. When i reached late night there's little bit rush of people's at the reception.

It was two o'clock when we reached the hotel, but the manager himself welcomed me. And gave me the best rooms. While the second room I told him five minuts before reaching there, but he also arranged it immediately at the same time. Bundles of thank Rosewood

The room layout is very convenient. A big desk where I can easily work on my laptop, wardrobes are sufficient and the interior is nicely done. Breakfast is reasonable with parhatta, shami kabab egg option and tea was superb. There was an insect in the washroom crawling on the floor. It didn't bother me so much but I'm guessing because it's an old building with renovated rooms hence that was the issue Also the geyser is next to my room (close to reception) and the sound is a bit loud but not so bad.

Bedroom is okay.. Bed is okay cos it’s dirty and damage sheet. Bathrroom is so very dirty and no nice smell.

Rooma was very clean,nice, peaceful and value for money. The staff was very humble and respectful and welcoming. Atmosphere was very peaceful and charming. I would like for everyone.

Location is good nearby Mac D, Nando, KFC, Baskin Robbins and a couple of other local restaurants Shower heater not working, had cold shower for 6 days, and room floor was dusty.
