The bathroom did not feel clean or hygienic at all. There was dust, residue, dirt around the pipes, and the toilet installation looked unfinished and poorly maintained. This is not something a guest should experience in a hotel room. The room itself also had problems. Some parts looked unfinished, the wall/window area was in poor condition, and there was construction work around the lobby area. The room and bedsheets did not feel as clean as expected. The internet was also very poor and kept disconnecting many times. Breakfast was very limited: mostly bread, butter, jam, tea, and a few spicy local dishes. For international guests or anyone who cannot eat spicy food in the morning, there were almost no suitable options. Overall, the staff were kind, but the hotel has serious hygiene, maintenance, cleanliness, internet, and breakfast issues. The photos on Booking do not show the real condition of the rooms. I uploaded photos because the actual situation was very different from what I expected. Rating suggestion: 3/10 or 4/10

The reception staff were very nice, polite, helpful, and supportive during my stay. They tried to assist me whenever I had an issue, and this was the main positive point of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel has serious problems with hygiene, maintenance, and facilities. I stayed for around 10–12 days and had to change my room three times. The toilet pipes and sanitary fittings were not properly sealed or fitted, and insects were coming from the bathroom/toilet area. Even after spraying, the problem continued in different rooms. Some rooms, especially on the third floor, looked unfinished or not properly maintained. There was also construction work happening around the lobby area, which made the hotel feel uncomfortable and not ready for guests. Cleanliness was also not at the level shown in the photos. The room and bedsheets did not feel properly clean. The internet was very poor and kept disconnecting all the time, which was very frustrating. Breakfast was also disappointing. It was mostly bread, butter, jam, tea, and a few spicy Pakistani dishes. For international guests or people who cannot eat spicy food in the morning, there were very limited options. Overall, the staff were kind and helpful, but the hotel itself needs serious improvement in hygiene, maintenance, internet, breakfast, and accuracy of photos. I would not recommend trusting the pictures only before booking

Too little space for Restaurant. Perforce had the breakfast in room, which was cold and of barely satisfactory. Location of the hotel is good. Despite confirmation of booking through Booking,com, telephone call, and sending a person to confirm my arrival on 21 Feb, I was informed through a whatsapp voice note that due to extension request of a guest your booking has been cancelled. This was told just 3 hours before my checkin when I was on road travelling to Lahore. Very disturbing message, however, on my pressurising the hotel manager accommodated me. This episode caused irritation and tension.

Location to some extent. It is closer to expo center. No water in washroom for bath. Breakfast arrangements were poor.

Location is good if you want peace, hotel is new and staff is friendly. Hotel should provide dental kits and lotions as well
