They charged more price than was set through booking.com and said it was policy of hotel to revise the price even though a price is set on booking.com. Also towels and crockery were not clean.

They said AC is included in room descriptionn. But they didnt give it

Everything was good Nothing

Room size was good and spacious. Mattress was excellent and so were the pillows. AC was cold as it should be. Courtesy call before arriving was a good gesture. Reception staff was kind and courteous. General staff well mannered too. Cleanliness is a major issue when travelling in Pakistan. Hair was on the floor, in the bathrooms and even on the pillowcases. Pillowcases were replaced promptly however still had the same issue. The decor is dated and will do great if they update their decor. Both suites had additional rooms which are badly under utilised. Towels provided weren't clean again as they need to up their game and get fresh linen and towels need to be quality checked and cleaned thoroughly. Check in took ages and the 3rd room we had booked eventually was given after we came back as wasn't ready. The speed of service and attention to detail needs fine tuning for sure. Second room we had had someone smoking there and it stunk. Hotel should take into consideration and make it a smoke free hotel or have a dedicated number of rooms for smokers only.

The room was decent and the air conditioning worked well In the room bed sheet was dirty with brown, rust-like stains. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and the bathroom lacked basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, and a hygiene kit. I had to call the reception twice before they delivered just two soaps and two small shampoos after half an hour. This same issue happened during my previous stay as well, and the hotel still didn’t have any hygiene kits available"It was really disappointing that when we went for breakfast at 9 AM—well within the scheduled time—most of the food was already gone, and even after waiting, nothing was refilled; we were told there was nothing left, and we had to return to our room hungry."

Good Cleaning

Spacious rooms and location I travelled with family and stayed for two days.. whenever the staff was called to either clean the room or kitchen service, they had to be called thrice atleast then they appeared.. till the final hour of check out, despite repeated reminders, issue of Air conditioner was not solved as no one appeared.. thrice they had to be reminded for room service but no response until i had to be strict with them.
