Hotel was good, rooms were neat and staff was polite Everything was good

I didn't like any thing there. There was no towel in washroom,cleanliness was below average and staff continiously disturb by different reasons.Landline was inactive in my room and look of room was also not satisfactory.Human hairs spreaded all around the room

Nothing was there to like, it was worst experience in lahore They charged me extra money, the booking was showing 3260 Pkr But the reception charged me PKR 4500/- they are big scam and charged extra money. Wifi was not connecting to the phone, no towels, dirty bedsheets and tore, it was a worst experience.

Feel comfortable Staff is good

Rooms were well furnished. Staff was very nice. There were no exhausts in washrooms. Bedsheets weren’t clean.

Location only. Just location is good, except that everything is poor. My experience at this hotel was disappointing. When I made the reservation, the quoted price was 3,681 PKR plus 508 PKR tax (approximately 4,200 PKR total). However, upon arrival, I was informed that my bill would be 4,800 PKR, which was unexpected and not clearly justified. After a long and exhausting journey, I decided to proceed with the stay despite the stress this caused. I also requested a simple shirt pressing service, which I was told would cost 100 PKR. At checkout, I was surprised to see the charge increased to 340 PKR without prior notice. Additionally, the room’s cleanliness did not meet acceptable standards. The bed had visible stains and hair, there was poor ventilation, and an unpleasant odor throughout the room. Considering the price point, there are several better accommodation options available in the city. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Very bad service

Clealiness as previous bins were not empty and wrappers under the bed.

The net was bad, the sink pipe was broken so when I used it the water fell on my feet, in the beginning the flush button was not working. They said because of the offer I get the non-ac room even though the offer said ac-room.

The room is not comfortable and not clean there is electricity is big problem inside the mobile signal is not working ? and when i open the open A.C there is very bad smell of cigarettes

Nothing The room was so conjusted , the washroom there was no higene kit no soap and shampoo in the washroom not even towel as well they turned off AC
