The booking clearly stated that checkout time was 2:00 PM the next day. However, the day receptionist still charged us an additional half-day fee. We only stayed one night, and we ended up paying an extra 1200 unnecessarily, which does not seem fair or consistent with the booking terms. I would appreciate clarification on this charge and a resolution to the issue.

Water taps of wash basins were broken. Moreover, Master bed rooms committed on booking.com were not provided to us.
