AC Hotel by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

I asked if he can warm it up in the kitchen and he refused. My son wanted the breakfast waffle option with regular syrup instead of the chocolate one. They didn’t have plain syrup. We also asked for some prosciutto since that serving plate was empty and when he saw we served almost all the ham he brought(little portion, btw) he says OMG. Despite that, he brought a bill just to receive a tip cause we prepaid the breakfast through expedia. Amount was $0 dollars on it. I left a 30% tip no matter how bad the service was. But I wrote next to the amount “OMG”. I hope he got the message and he’ll treat the next guests way better than us. I am a Marriott guest for years and I have never had an experience like that.

The room was clean and modern and staff lovely. Their little front store had some basic breakfast and drink options as well as a small selection of sweet treats. The room AC was a bit loud but I got used to it quickly!

Everything was good, only issue was the room was warm at night, even when we lowered the temperature.

It was a nice place for a short visit. The hotel in general is nice and clean, except for the bathroom shower area. There were hair and stains in it and the walls didn’t seem to be cleaned. Also a very noisy AC. Apart from that, it was good.

Went without hot water for two days of our stay, things happen but, staff didn’t seem to care or offer anything for our troubles

THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND STAFF EXCELLENT. THE PRICE IS RIGHT. THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THE HOTEL NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. THE OUTDOOR PARKING LOT CAN BE IMPROVED. THANKS.

Such a disappointment! Walked in and was shocked at the lobby! Gorgeous! But… No hot water our ENTIRE STAY! So, no showers or cold showers! Toilet did not flush. Called to get it fixed Saturday, wasn’t fixed and left Tuesday. Awful awful awful!
