Suite perfect for a Family of 4. Excellent stay. Many choices of hot/cold breakfast favorites. Hotel, pool, common areas clean. Staff profesional, knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Front desk check in Angel. I will return. Note: parking is $26.00 with in/out.

Upon arriving to the hotel after a long flight with kids, we were put up in a very high far away room far away from the lobby far away from the pool mind you it was a Monday and there was really nobody there. We were starving so we went to go get something to eat and as we came back, we asked to be moved closer to the pool. They did give us a better view in our room, but they made us come back down with all of our stuff in order to move to a even far away room that was on the highest level of the hotel and then we had to go all the way back up with all of our stuff & our kid. The carpet smelled very bad throughout the entire hotel. The lobby smelled like urine and really bad stench of food. They sprayed too much harsh scents in the hallways and throughout the hotel to cover up the musty smell of the carpet, but it just made things worse. The pool was very dirty and I took pictures and it took them three days to clean it. We couldn’t swim in the pool or the hot tub there was a bunch of dirt and chips from the palm trees. The breakfast was not horrible, but they didn’t have a large arrangement of food items. I will say the waffles were a hit and the buffet was complementary. the room we had was spacious enough for us, but it didn’t have any soap or any complementary toothbrushes or toothpaste there were some body wash and shampoo in the shower though. I didn’t feel the customer service was superb or extraordinary. My total rating for the experience here is below average.

I did that already, no answer from you. Parking is 26 a day. You should include that in your description since we are booking the hotel through you. Rooms well bad. Breakfast is hard to sit.

Very affordable and close to Disney. Breakfast was good. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room. From the initial view, clean and well kept. However, we got a suite which included a let out couch. When we pulled the bed from the couch, there were disgusting stains on the mattress cover. We avoided it the remainder of our stay (the entire couch).

I loved the location of the property! The pull out couch in the room was pretty dirty.

I went with my wife for her birthday and she had a great time. She is celiac and was very happy she had a great breakfast. The the WiFi was not working anywhere except from the dining hall

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was a great location to the parks and the outlets shops. There is many restaurants close by as well.

The location and staff were great! The beds were as hard as a rock. The elevators when we checked out were not working properly.
