Walt Disney World Swan

Poor restaurant options. Very expensive snacks

We spent 7 nights at the Walt Disney World Swan this summer in a room with two double beds. It served as the perfect home base for our ambitious plans to visit all four theme parks and both water parks! From the moment we arrived, the lovely lobby aroma and crisp air conditioning immediately made us feel relaxed. On our first night, we had a wonderful dinner at Kimonos, which we highly recommend. Easy Transit: Park access was effortless via the hotel’s buses and water taxis. For water parks, a quick $10 Lyft ride did the trick. 6th Floor Perks: We loved having a microwave on our floor to easily heat up milk and oats. Property & Amenities: The resort feels upscale and lovely. While it lacks heavy Disney themes, the excellent amenities left us completely satisfied. Thoughtful Extras: Complimentary water bottles kept us hydrated in the Florida heat, and we loved the fun duck boat ride! We experienced a few minor inconveniences, but they were so small they didn't detract from our great vacation. We would absolutely consider staying at the Swan again for future Disney World trips! Excellent Staff: Every team member was warm, friendly, and helpful with our requests. Convenient Deliveries: Having food and groceries delivered directly to the lobby was a massive lifesaver.

Loved location of room. We did enjoy coffee and breakfast I thought $50 resort fee and $60 parking fee were too high.

Great location, transportation, staff was friendly and helpful and excellent dining options. The pool was also a big highlight and access to the Dolphin provided lots of options for family fun on the property. Also, ease of walking between resorts and to the boardwalk was a highlight!

Beautiful hotel and ideal location for Epcot and Hollywood Studio and broad walk .. everything at your door step Coming back to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, especially when being out all day in the heat and all you want is a shower with clean towels

Amazing value for money given it includes the early park admission perks and the awesome location of the property. Overall the hotel facilities and rooms were showing their age but we were aware of that before booking and did not mind in the slightest, as we just wanted a clean room to sleep in after long days in the parks. We stayed in Disney hotels before and overall would now always prefer the Swan - or Dolphin, or Swan Reserve. We looked around all three and liked them all. We loved being able to walk to two of the parks,, busses to other parks were running frequently and it was great to be able to walk to the boardwalk area for dinner. Really, really enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return. Nothing not to like. It's the best value property in an awesome location.
