Walt Disney World Swan Reserve

Great property, I have to confess that I did not know it existed. Trusting the name brand decided to try. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, building is beautiful. Rooms very comfortable and what a great view. Walking to Epcot was a breeze. The 1000 degree weather wasn’t (but not their fault). The parking fee was a bit much. Overall great place. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel. More of an adult vibe rather than Disney. You have to walk across the street for most restaurants. Still very nice stay.

Excellent location. The rooms are clean. The staff is lovely. I highly recommend and I travel all over the world. This is like a world-class hotel. No complaints

New hotel, nice staff. Breakfast was not great, but the staff at the restaurant are very nice! For dinner I had roasted chicken and it was delicious. My friend had the pasta and he didn’t like it at all.,it’s a cute hotel but if I had to choose I would stay at the original Swan. To be honest I haven’t stayed there in a long time, so I am unsure of how it is now but from what I remember I had a few nice pools. The reserve has only one and while the hotel is quiet, nice rooms, the fact that they have only one pool, you have to stay next to the many screaming children. Parents are numb to the noise so it’s understandable but for folks that want to relax by the pool, peace and quiet doesn’t exit there.

The amount of extra fees and taxes on fees do not make this property worth the expenditure. It's nothing short of criminal.

This hotel has everything you need: cleanliness, restaurants with good food and excellent service, two spectacular bars, a swimming pool, and a perfect location for all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best stays I’ve had in a hotel in the USA. Beautifully designed, comfortable rooms, most generous staff all over the hotel - receptionists, restaurant employees and really every employee. Lots of activities around the place, parking, proximity of the parks… this is my best recommendation!
