Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva Resort by IHG

This is our 2nd time vacationing at the Holiday Inn Vacation club in the Grand Geneva property. Amenities are amazing! Size of rooms and kitchen was perfect. The only drawback I had was that I was given an accessible room (didn’t request one) and the shower didn’t have a glass wall around it, just a curtain so our bathroom was constantly soaking wet. I didn’t like that. Also because it is so damp in there, the molding around shower was not in good shape and the bench in shower needs replaced. Otherwise, we love this property, price and location. Can’t be matched for what you get from it.

Everything was Amazing! I only wished they had concierge in the building where we were staying and a little store for snack grabbing. We had to drive to main lobby. Overall i will be visiting again!! We loved it.

Rooms are beautiful and roomy. Love the shuttle service!

The only thing I didn’t like was they don’t offer water bottles and don’t allow late check out, otherwise everything was wonderful.

The two bedroom room is two suites connected by connecting door. Far exceeded our expectations

Room clean staff very professional property well maintained

It was disappointed to find out we had to pay an extra $120 for the water park. The photo of the booking is the water park but the property booked it’s extra at the resort. That was deceiving

The staff were all great and very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed having a patio too!

My Grand Geneva experience was amazing. Great customer service, the Staff was thoughtful, kind, and very professional. The customer service attention via text message is a great tool to use as a guest on-the-go, love it.

Our room was properly maintained.

There was so much to do that we couldn't do all of it. Me and my Family met up there because we don't see each other nor get to spend time together often. The fitness room, rock climbing, horse back riding, pools, saunas, tennis, basketball, the firepit were all the things we were able to do in the short time we were there and we enjoyed all of it!! We even enjoyed the restaurant on site!! The food was very good as well as the gift shop!! Certain places were a little challenging to find. My Girls wanted to do the beading class and we were unable to locate it.

Fully equipped Kitchenette made it easy for meal prep and nice view off balcony.

The hotel is part of a golf resort. New property, good staff, excellent restaurant coffee shop and superb common area.

Great location at Grand Geneva, an easy drive to downtown area. Staff was prompt to respond to any requests. Room was clean, and the washing machine was nice to have as well as the kitchen. Nice view of the highlands golf course. The room layout was odd with the bedroom opening out to the main hall. Walls are way too thin. Tons of noise from your neighbors or people in the hallway. It’s so bad I may consider staying elsewhere on my next trip.

Absolutely stunning resort. My only recommendation would be the use of the waterpark should be included in the cost of the room having to pay for it separately just seemed a bit much, especially when you plan to stay for several days.

Walls are very thin. We could hear the people next door talking just like they were in our room with us. They had several children, including a baby. So, periodically the baby would cry, as they do. We assumed that they could hear us too, which we weren’t too happy about. Perhaps, don’t put a family with kids/babies next to a party of two or three composed mostly of grown people. I realize grown ups can be noisy too. Think about soundproofing. It was a little difficult to figure out where to check in when we arrived.

Beautiful location with lots of activities on site. Amazing spa/wellness center. Restaurants and live music on site. Very close to the lake. Peaceful and fun.

Great place!

The room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the golf course. The balcony was cozy and had great seating. The room was quiet, had all the amenities you could need, comfortable bed linens and cozy towels. The walls were solid and it was very quiet. The staff at the resort is always friendly and the site is always maintained. We enjoyed our stay away from the actual Grand hotel, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and other entertainment. Perfect atmosphere and peaceful at night.
