Loved how clean the room was, loved the kitchenette. Bed was super comfy! Beautiful flowers outside. Pool was nice. Wished there was more counter space and another mirror for outfit checks. Jacuzzi tub was nice but wished the jets were stronger. No office staff at all which made check-in tricky and confusing.

The room was amazing!!! Spacious stocked with all you need . It was very clean and no carpets . Office is not open in the morning

Room was clean and staff was helpful when asked for things like toilet paper and towels. Out of their control but the whole village lost power Friday 7/3 from about 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. They don’t open their pool until 10:00 am I would have thought with the no power and heat they would have opened sooner. Only other thing is if you are on the ground floor you can definitely hear everything above you.

Location and updates. Bathroom door wheel was broken on door so door kept falling off the track, ice machine was not working had to ask for it to be fixed a d pool was dirty.

The wood theme; it’s natural look. Very pricey, staff lacking in quality for the position, exterior misrepresentation- very run down and dirty, although the interior is new, it is unfortunately work that has cut corners. Trim, caulk, paint all details incomplete The bed firmness gave both of us terrible pain and discomfort.

no fire pit! for nighttime gathering like they posted? poor room design! big tub in bedroom area not needed!!

Motel in lake George. Exactly as advertised, exactly how I expected it. I was the only vehicle in the lot. Season hasn't started yet. But seems like a nice place for all. I would stay again
