The Motel Montreal

Within ten minutes of checking in to the motel our bank card was compromised twice as fraudulent transactions and that was the only place that had our information. We did not use that card anywhere on our trip so because we’re out of state We only had the cash we brought for our trip. We were not happy. Also, we had a very large group of people that arrived for the weekend and kept us up til 4am!

Room was not ready when we were told it was going to be ready. Staff was very unpleasant and not friendly or helpful. There was hair on the towels carpet was filthy.

Location was good Lack of outlets, no coffee maker in the room.

Rooms are full of bugs. The place is too old. I couldn’t stay the night and I had to leave and go to any other place. I’m not going back there never ever again.

Very old with some updates. Great location however. Bed was very uncomfortable and I’m not picky.

Redone room No TV, patrons were supposed to have their sign ons for streaming platform. I do not stream. Molding into bathroom was wooden and splintering. Very little time of respresentative on property. Communications were by text to someone not there.

The pool was nice - however the concrete around the pool was cracked and uneven making it easy to trip. The fridge was a full apartment size which was nice. The beds were fairly comfortable The room was not clean. Lots of crumbs and broken things. The tub was dirty. The sheets were old and pilley- the hair dryer didnt work and smoked when we tried to use it. No coffee ?!?! That was a huge no. The parking was difficult as the one way out was a tight squeeze between rocks and cars.

there were no curtains for any sort of privacy. there was a covering but it was completely see thru. tiles in the bathroom were cracked and there was a 1 inch lip going into the bathroom that I found the hard way. yes it was clean but it most definitely needs to be gone though. I dealt with it for one night

Very vintage. No lake view or entry. Beds were terrible stayed in room 9, slept on a basic frame with the one bed missing middle section to frame and bed was dipped. Musty smell the carpet is old. No easy accessible outlets. Shower knob for hot water fell off. We wanted to use fire at night but it gets locked in with the pool at night.

The motel was apt was very clean and the cabin furniture was adorable. I would have given it a 5 star rating however the staircase from the outside going up to our entrance was very dangerous. And the bath tub support beam needs to be checked because while standing in the tub taking a shower the bath tub would make a loud noise as if it weren't supported enough, that really needs to be checked. But other then that the staff were very helpful and very welcoming and extremely nice. My family enjoyed the stay and we had a lot of fun in lake george this time around. Can't wait to go back!!!
