Nice room...reasonable price...kids enjoyed the pool...desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was a good assortment of options and everything we had was good. Highly recommend.

This is a great property. Very clean and stylish. Bed was comfortable. Coffee and breakfast were not great however

This is my second review but I lived everything about this Motel. The staff was awesome, the breakfast was equally great, the room was clean, the pool was nice and uncrowded and I lived the coffee station. What else is there to love? I will always use this best western when I need a Motel.

It was a nice day we were there very quickly and left but they did a good job.

The manager and hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. We didn't sleep well though due to the noisy doors from the hallway and large group of teenagers running around through the night.

The property itself is beautifully decorated, very well maintained, and very clean. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved the outdoor area and pool, which were both clean, inviting, and perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary breakfast. There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, but my favorites were the farm-fresh yogurt and the amazing multifunction coffee machine. It could make just about any coffee drink you could imagine—with perfectly steamed milk. It felt like having a coffee shop right in the breakfast area! The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to get wherever we needed to go. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were very satisfied with the size of the room, the furnishings, and amenities. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lake Jackson.

Breakfast Buffet 💯💯💯💯was on point!!! Everything was on point!!!

The room was nicely clean and organized. 5 pillows on the bed with different firmness. The A/C wasn't so overwhelming as many hotels are, with the control easy to see ( even at night ) and simple to operate. There was even a built-in night light, which I've never seen before, eliminating the need to leave some light on somewhere. The ONLY thing was the overwhelming stench of cleaning fluids hit me getting off the lift. Whilst pleasantly perfumed, it was clearly over used, if there wasn't some reason like mold. You do get nose blind after a while, which makes it tolerable. I would not hesitate to stay again. Didn't get a chance to experience the pool ( just an overnighter ), but it was directly below the room, so was quite visible and looked very inviting. Didn't have time to try it. Property was quiet for the most part and was easy off / on the freeway. Try it.

My sister-in-law and I were there just for a night and the staff managed all the rooms quickly and, in the morning, there were A LOT of people trying to eat breakfast quickly before the beach - they had plenty of staff to serve and clean quickly and all was handled very professionally - KUDDOS TO THE STAFF!! This is my 5th stay in last few year and plan to stay again soon!

I felt the location was good. We were accommodated when we got into our room and our fridge wasn’t working. The staff was helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very nice and clean! I don’t really have any complaints!
