La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Clute Lake Jackson

This was the second worst motel I've ever stayed in. The ice machine was broke. The A/C barely kept the room cool. No blankets on the beds. The bathroom door broke when it was opened. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work so when we showered the humidity in the room went way up. The pool was cloudy and looked unsafe. The breakfast was a joke: three yogurts, 6 once coffee cups, 6 apples and a container of what appeared to be cheerios. No juice, or any other foods. At least the beds seemed to have clean sheets. La Quinta has fallen along way.

No toilet paper in restroom, it was dirty, missing pics on walls, chair torn, and tv didn’t work.

We loved the pool needed more breakfast options but I liked my stay and would consider going back.

Primero la habitación con mucha cucarachas, la puerta no habría y tuve que pedirle al personal a cargo que me abriera la puerta de la habitación. Luego empezó a filtrarse el agua del apartamento de arriba y mojó todo incluyendo la cama, me cambiaron de habitación a media noche, y la otra en condiciones terribles, muchas cucarachas y todo en mal estado. No lo recomiendo para nada. Experiencia terrible.

Was not clean,door was broken bed did not have a blanket.I asked for one she told me to go buy one.No not a good place

Room was awful smelled moldy and like vomit room needed to be vacuumed better hair on shower wall chair in room broken tub faucet appears to be getting ready to collapse towels in the room stained and dirty looking no amenities housekeeping was awful they just put more stained towels in the room didn’t replenish with anything ice machine was broken the waffle mix was empty @ 6am that’s when the continental breakfast was served so an empty container was placed instead of a full one.

The TV was not working

The hotel room was nothing like the picture that was posted or advertised. Upon entering the room, there was a foul order. The toilet did not flush. The furniture was damaged and dirty.We didn't want to touch anything. It was really bad. We went up to visit my sick brother. And how do you worry about these conditions.

No toilet paper stain sheets, stain mattress, cigarette stain, burning tub, no hot water. Dirty carpet must smell, poor pillows, nasty nasty shower curtains, soap, mildew breakfast options for breakfast options, cleanliness, questionable., Broken television, broken AC issues, not cooling.

I had stained towels, stained sheets, no knobs for the stove, no hair dryer, one one set of towels even though I put we have two adults and two children, the door was hard to open and shut, when I went to breakfast there were only waffles and I sat a big cockroach near the food, no apple or orange juice, baby cockroaches in the bread toaster.

It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and the staff was amazing. Location was perfect. Plenty of things to eat and the beach was only 15 minutes away. We had a bad experience with a "hotel" we reserved and had to find a different hotel. The lady that checked us in was absolutely wonderful and completely lifted my spirits about a vacation that started out horrible.

La piscina sucia

The check out clerk/ owner would not provide a check out ticket because I booked online. I simply wanted a proof of check out. Also the riim had and odor and tge shower door leaked water over the floor.

Pool was dirty. Rooms were dirty and had a smell. Air conditioners didn’t cool the room and was also dirty. Sheets and towels were dirty. Most of the outlets didn’t work. The refrigerator was dirty.

Ac made terrible noise in 2nd room and we could not stay there we turned in a request for refund and asked for new room …. Nothing was done and still hasn’t been done Not liveable

Nothing just the ladies up front who tried to help. The sheets was dirty, the rooms smelled and there was roaches and in one of the rooms the ac was broke. We had to switch rooms.

This hotel rates lower than a motel 6. The owne has no pride in ownership. LaQuinta should pull their name from this property. The 1st room we were assigned smelled terrible, the TV didnt work, there was a huge old stain on the ceiling, and the bathroom light didnt work. We were assigned a new room, it was much cleaner though the TV was in the early stages of going out, the fridge didn't work and looked like it was out of the 1990's, and one of the blackout/ private curtains was missing. There were roaches crawling around near the ice machine in the lobby. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and tried to make out stay pleasant. I do not recommend this location.
