It doesn’t exist It’s closed down

The oyo was closed..and having too fight too get my refund ..

When I arrived I was informed the property was no longer owned by OYO so my reservation was not active. I had to find another place to stay.

OYO PROPERTY DON’T EVEN EXIST NO MORE

Booking charged me a cancellation fee for staying there and tried to put more fees on my credit card

Buyer beware. OYO does not own this property anymore. They went bankrupt. It is now called The Clute Inn.

I booked this room (thru booking.com)for my husband while he was working out there and they wouldn't accept the booking at all! Said they changed owners and couldn't accept it. So not only did we have to pay in cash again directly to the motel to stay that night (after working and driving all day mind u) we still haven't gotten our money back from them yet!! $380 may not seem like a lot to some people but it is to us! To top it all off there were ROACHES IN THE ROOM!!!! THEM LITTLE DIRTY REA ROACHES!!!! Ive NEVER experienced anything like this in my entire life! And I've traveled most of it!! We need them to give us something for our terrible experience! I'm beyond irritated! EVERYTHING!!!!!! It was disgusting with roaches and no coffee or breakfast and the beds SUCKED!! My husband's back is still hurting!!

Its really dirty ! You cime in to a bad smell late at night to realise the beds and sheets are sooo dirty! You get what you pay for i guess

Nothing. This place is horrid and that is being generous. The beds were filthy, the rooms smelled like smoke, there wasn't a safety lock on the door, when we turned on the tub the water came out brown, the floor was so filthy that when I washed my feet, black was washing off them. I have no idea why this place gets good reviews because I felt like I needed a hazmat suit when I left there. We only needed it for a quick overnight stay, otherwise I would have asked for a refund and left. I will NEVER stay at one of these properties again and this has turned me off to trusting Bookings as well. There are other travel sites that you can get discount reservations through and I will be looking into those moving forward because this site can no longer be trusted to give honest reviews.

I had to change rooms 4 times. The 1st room was dirty/disgusting, 2nd room was not made up, the 3rd room had a broken lock/latch. The final room was clean and comfortable. The staff were apologetic and worked with me but it took over an hour to finally get into an acceptable room. The hallway on the first floor smelled like cigarette smoke.

Se nos perdieron unas pertenencias personales dentro de la habitación y cuando nos fuimos a comer al regresar ala habitación habia otra prensona en la habitación y teniamos reservado 2 dias

Nice place to stay but under new management. Staff is friendly and helpful but they are still getting it together. Good for the price.
