Best place to stay fun place

Great place to stay with a wonderful location, and a little sandy Beach, where my dog could go swimming in the lake

The room was fantastic! The original room we had planned to stay in was a single bedroom; however, the staff ended up putting us in a 3 bedroom suit on the balcony overlooking the water. It was beautiful and I'll definitely be back to visit the personable and great staff.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The room was updated and pool was clean. This is a not frills resort but that’s exactly what we wanted. We will definitely book again!

Nice lake views and good amenities for families, especially the two pools. The on-site restaurant and bar were convenient, with reasonable prices, though food choices were limited. The bathroom could use some improvements, and housekeeping could be more thorough. Having dishwashing liquid and a frying pan in the kitchen would also be a nice addition. A good destination for fishing, particularly if you have a boat. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

We had never been to Ozark lake, a bit of a culture shock as we are accustomed to remote lakes. The staff were great, started to grow on us and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and maybe break big the grand kids, annd off season lol, extremely family friendly.

It is a perfect setup for families. We had a problem but it was immediately resolved. Staff is extremely professional.

I rate this resort a 10/10!!! My family loved the live band, the food and drinks were great! The lake was gorgeous! The property was well kept. My kids enjoyed the pools. The housekeeping staff was amazing! The front desk clerks were very nice! My family and I just really had a blast!!!

The live band was awesome for our last night The coffee maker was broken and did not work There were white stains on the couch The room had an odor that required us buying plug ins

Clean room, great place to stay

We only were able to spend one night but we loved the place. Our room was on the second level and our view was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Great staff, great food and drinks. love the lake view. The pool was nice too.

The walls of the hotel were paper thin. Could hear other person’s TV, as well as them talking. Little cabins may have been better for this reason. The room itself was fairly clean. There were some areas with bugs or things on walls that could have been cleaned off. The pullout had dirty sheets on it. The exterior could use some maintenance (deck, sidewalks, etc). Staff was very helpful and quick to respond when couldn’t get in our room.

Very quiet! Clean, beautiful views. One of the room key cards did not work. It was no problem.
