Lovely estate Felt safe during the day and during the night, me and my children were watching the Perseids. Few walks from the House where we stayed. The mansion is well maintained, very clean and the view of Ullswater was breathtaking. Walking distance to Pooley bridge for a fantastic meal. Would definitely recommend. . Everything was lovely

Great location, Ullswater was a 10 minute walk. Peaceful area, picturesque and plenty of nature. Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, would recommend. Apartment doors could use some Wd40.

How clean it was and the milk and biscuits on arrival. The view from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen was jaw dropping.

Property was clean, well equipped and beautiful views. Mattress in main bedroom maybe a little too firm for us but that is not to say it will not suit others.

Great location for travelling to different parts of the lakes. Very clean and well set out. It is an easy walk down in to Pooley Bridge where there are various restaurants and pubs. The accommodation was lovely. Spotlessly clean and well thought out. The amenities in the apartment were excellent. The bar downstairs was very reasonably priced and very comfortable to have a drink inside and out. The shop on site looked to be well stocked although we didnt use it. We would recommend a stay here. Nothing to dislike
