Front desk staff were friendly. Location is in walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and a movie theater is near by. Room is a decent size. A/C didn't cool well , found multiple roaches in the room, windows were stained so bad you couldn't see out of them. After 1 day of finding roaches we asked for a refund which they agreed too.. at that time courtyard put in a request for booking .Com to refund us which booking.com have yet to do.

The staff at this location was top notch. Every single person that worked at this hotel was helpful and polite. The only reason I stayed put. The pool was decent also The place was dirty bugs everywhere. Nasty. The rooms need major updating and the a/c was terrible. The rooms where musty and damp
