This is a very nice, clean, and quiet place to stay.

The breakfast was good and the breakfast bar was clean and set up well. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful to guests and the best I have had anywhere I have stayed. The best part was one of the housekeeping staff that worked on the day shift was one of the nicest, caring, and compassionate people I have met. I was in town to take my husband to a doctor’s appointment in Tampa and see family. My husband is a cancer patient and also had a bad chemical burn on his leg and I left to run an errand. This wonderful lady which I can’t remember her name but it started with an “M” is a supervisor in housekeeping brought towels and coffee to our room while I was gone and my husband answered the door. He wasn’t feeling well when she came to bring the items and was about to fall and she helped him and was going to call help for him but he said he would be ok. She stayed to make sure he was ok. The next morning I seen her and she asked about how he was and I was telling her his situation and she had told me she just lost her father the week before. I thanked her for being there and not leaving him when it wasn’t her job. I am in the medical field and also a professor at Keiser University and she is an example of an exemplar employee. I would like to thank everyone their kindness during our stay and we will be staying every time we are in town. N/A

Comfortable, the whole hotel was very nice. Getting to it. Crazy drive way.

1) poor lighting (dark room) 2) Didn’t like carpet, smells Pros: 1) loved pool and jacuzzi 2) loved exercise room, lots of equipment 3) Delicious cooked breakfast served on plates. My fav was oatmeal 4) Staff was very friendly and helpful I recommend and plan to book again

Room was nice and comfortable the only complaint would be the shower .. drain had hairs stuck in and around it ..the shower door rail had pinkish mold in the corners. We didnt eat at the breakfast buffet. The pool needed to be cleaned it had alot of debris floating and covering the bottom corners of the pool floor. We did enjoy the location in walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. Overall we would stay here again.

The breakfast was great. They had real plates and silverware . I loved the hot o at meal and all the toppings. They also had ice coffee.

I loved the service and how friendly the staff was. I didn't like there was nothing to dislike.

At check in we had an issue with the room and front desk helped me with the situation. I was moved inmediately to another. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast; room was not very clean- black mold in the tub and gunk all over the hair dryer- which I was able to request a clean one. They seemed a little short staffed but all working very hard.
