Beautiful, rooms were clean and bed weee great. Breakfast was ok. Only negative reason We won’t be back is maid nocked on the door at 11:03 to inform us we were late leaving!! Her cart was at opposite end of the hall, not close! It wasn’t 11:30 or 12 noon for check out. When we were checking out desk laughed and said well it was past 11 am!!! I explained that was ridiculous. I stay in Lakeland 4-5 times a year. We will be going back to the Hyatt across the street! And they have a better breakfast!!

Nothing, everything good. If I need to say something "bad" just suggest to add pancakes/waffles at breakfast, our kid wait to eat it on breakfast but can't found it ?

This hotel is CLEAN! Every area was clean, the elevators are clean, the gym was clean,the breakfast was fantastic. N/A. We loved everything.

Easy check-in, very clean, polite staff. Very quiet and restful. I actually slept.

I loved everything about the property, was clean, staff was amazing. Booking.com, however, took my payment, and did not delivered because the facility was never able to acknowledge that I had made the reservation despite of me showing them the confirmation number, they mentioned that since booking.com made the reservation outside their booking availability they were not able to see the reservation was made. Again, I loved the property, booking.com took my money, and the property manager was unable to see that a reservation was made through booking.com. I had to make a second payment, not directly made to the facility.
