Pool was great. Staff was friendly. There was a used wash rag in bathroom on railing of shower curtain. Staff never restocked towels or rags while we were there. We had to go and ask for more towels and rags.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple getaway or just to take the kids out for the weekend! The front desk staff are phenomenal and the hotel itself is spotless! They also have a bar and restaurant connected to the hotel which is adult and kid friendly, not to mention the hot top kiddie pool and regular pool. I will be back I got a suite last time I would like to book a room with a jetted tub next 😄

The front desk staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. The pool area was great, kiddos loved the slide. Room smelled pretty musty and hotel was loud (as expected) on a Saturday night.

The hotel was quite nice. The pool area was nice for the kids. I was a little disappointed that the large slide was closed unless someone went to the front desk to get someone to man it. There were multiple times when the pool are was quite busy that logically they should have had someone sitting there. But otherwise it was nice.
