It was older hotel, hallways had musty smell but it was decent enough to stay at.

Th tv was freezing up due to problems with the internet, the ice machine was broken down, there was no hair dryer, but the bed was fine and the sheets looked clean

Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Mini fridge was great for soda, water and to keep extra ice from melting. Beds were comfortable and most important…they allow dogs!

the location is convenient and the rates are reasonable

Conveniently located right off of I-35, it had McDonald's, Subway and a gas station within easy walking distance. The room was spacious enough for me. It was a bit noisy at times with people talking, doors slamming and dogs barking, but once the air conditioner was on all the annoying sounds diminished. I utilized both the mini fridge/freezer and the microwave that my room included.

I have called several times and have been unable to get anyone to answer or help. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better communication and professionalism.

Convieniently located, quiet, and clean. This was a short night sleep and worked great. Property was nice and well maintained. Great for the price.

Laundry got opened and gone through by someone so it was still soaked with time on the dryer and the dryer door opened when I went to check on it. Checked in and the room wasn’t clean (still garbage in one of the trashes) and there was no towels in the room at all we had to go to the desk to request towels and there was garbage and drunks in the hallways before 6pm.. definitely just a cheap place to maybe crash for a night nowhere you’d want to bring kids or stay unless you had to
