Great stay, everything was enjoyable!

Great area. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Free parking. Delicious breakfast

My complaint is not about my room but about my overall experience. I booked and was confirmed a wheelchair accessible room through Expedia. I even called the property ahead of time (2 weeks prior) to confirm my accessible reservation. After a 2 hour phone call and the run around from both Expedia and Home2Suites, I did confirm my reservation. When we showed up and checked in, we were sent to a non-accessible room and told no accessible rooms were available. I was also told that a manager at the property wouldn’t be in until the next day. After 2 more hours on the phone with Expedia, I was rebooked to another hotel (which I called ahead and told the Expedia rep I wanted rebooked to). After moving hotels and after a long day of travel I was told that I would have to return to the Home2Suites property to “work out” a refund with said manager. When I returned to the property the following day, I was told the manager was NOT in and told to come back two days later. Since I would be leaving town, I explained that wasn’t possible. After some phone calls and sideways glances I was told the manger would be there the following day. I called the next morning and was told on the phone it was “taken care of”. I did receive a refund and a relocation but not until I spent a lot of my vacation fretting and on the phone. Completely unprofessional and I won’t use Expedia or Home2Suites again.

kitchenettes, clean, good feeling common areas outside and inside. Conveniently located near HWY 6 and Simms yet far enough away no road noise. The hidden gem was the nicely appointed breakfast set up. We plan to stay there again. Free parking!

We attended a concert at Red Rocks, and the location was very easy to get to. Our room was clean, the staff were very kind, breakfast is ok for a hotel, and parking is easy. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional.

Great staff great room and close to everything that we needed

Staff was great, very good value for the money.

Wifi was down and doors couldn’t be open with keycards . Staff had to come and open the doors for us which made it awkward and unsafe . Linens were dirty and dusty . Also , they never ever return the incidentals fee so watch out for this !

Power and internet were both down when I arrived. I had no choice but to immediately get a room at a nearby hotel. I am quite frustrated at getting nowhere in my pursuit of a refund. It’s been 20 hours since I arrived at the hotel front desk where the computers didn’t work.

Staff were great, room was clean and well stocked.

Staff was great and quick stop with dog and so easy.

The bed sheet was thin, I turned the heat on and this helped. The breakfast was the best part, lots of options and kept well. Swimming pool was fun and kept clean. The parking was convenient, plenty of spaces and safe.
