First off requiring a $100 deposit for this place was a joke! They say they offer breakfast.. they do NOT! The don't even have utensils for you to use! Oh wait.. you CAN get a very small packaged Danish with a napkins and HORRIBLE coffee!!! The mattress had a plastic covering over it which I thought odd and the room had a weird smell that I chalked up to their cleaning solution... WRONG! The mattress smelled of URINE! Once I pulled the covers back to get in bed the smell hit me! I didn't request a new room because I was on the end and fairly away from all the noise going on elsewhere and so I kept the bed covered and purchased a blanket and used that. NEVER again and from now on? I'll be checking the bed upon arrival although I do have to say this is a first!

As soon as I got in my room, needed to switch rooms quickly. Then when outside relaxing there was a situation that resulted in 3 cop cars right next to me. Later as I was trying to lay down someone came banging on my room trying to find someone and get in. When I reported it felt like the front desk blew it off. Felt incredibly unsafe. The breakfast provided was old pastries.

Stayed here overnight after my plans fell thru. It was ok.
-
Insects in room, gaps in tile, mattresses worn out. Overpriced, no breakfast as advertised.
-
Lady at front desk was very professional
-
The "Carry Out Breakfast" was disappointing. Better off going 350 meters up the street to the Biscuit House.
-
Very noisy neighbors! Room was below expectations! Key malfunctions and very unsafe for guests because of neighbor activities.
-
Bedding was stained and the blanket was full of holes. Had to go to the office for toilet paper. The “free” breakfast was nonexistent, orange juice, coffee and horrid little plastic wrapped “danishes”.

Room was clean, appointed and everything worked! Breakfast is “grab and go” and minimal at best.

Unfortunately, this review mirrors all of the other reviews of this property that I didn’t bother to read before booking here. This hotel is in bad shape. The room smelled off. Several pieces of furniture were in disrepair. This place seems to specialize in housing people that can’t get into a permanent place to live. However, I can’t say the staff was anything other than helpful and courteous. Actually everyone I spoke with was gracious. We did have an issue with our deposit being held over spilling some soda in the bed and using a towel to clean it up. They said we destroyed the sheet and towel by staining them. We are still in the middle of trying to sort out whether or not we will be charged for “destroying” those items. I guess I will post about what happens elsewhere. Anyone considering staying here should give serious reconsideration to the few dollars you might save. Had we set foot on the property before we booked it we would have left immediately and looked for something else. This place is not a comfortable setting to stay especially if you have kids. This place is pretty rough. Would not recommend.

Staff was respectful and helpful. But for the price it’s fair

Doesn’t smell very good in the rooms
-
Good decent place for a reasonable price. So far everything is great except the dirty floor. It was a good stay. Recommended!
-
The Rooms are nothing to what the pictures show, very nasty and the smell in the rooms are horrible. We had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean up and hope the smell would reduce. Definitely never booking here again!!!

We stayed in a room with the AC didn’t work and needed a late check out the next day so I could take my brother to the airport and I’m military and The wouldn’t allow much of a late checkout and said we had to pay for the next days stay or else we’d have to get our stuff out and just we’re not willing to work with us. Let us park our vehicles or trailers in the trailer vehicle parking area the first night and then the second day they said that if we didn’t move them that they were gonna get towed.
-
Awful stay. Im postive they didnt even clean our room. We got into our room and there was dirt all over the floor and a condom wrapper behind the bathroom door! Our shower didnt looked wiped down and there was grass and dirt in our bed. There was cop sirens between 2-4 am and there was alot of activity in the parking lot that looked like people were doing drug deals and people fighting, yelling, screaming, and slamming crap against the wall all night. The second we got to the hotel should of just left. This is not a good place to stay especially if you have children.

Read reviews on this hotel before making a reservation.

Room was simple but clean and had everything necessary. Staff were friendly and helpful. One downfall. If you’re going to advertise as “breakfast included” it needs to be more than tea/coffee and some granola bars and manufactured pastries. This was disappointing for sure.

Room was really clean.
