The hotel was great. I really appreciated the early check in and later check out too.

My tv I just couldn’t get it to connect to watch Netflix or YouTube. It kept going to the cable channels so we just turned it off the whole day. My question for the pool, I was expecting it to be really cold getting in but was really warm and it was like a booger green color. I maybe swam for 30mins because I felt the water pressure blowing out warm water rather then cold, and the color is was giving swamp color it just threw me off. But the staff was very helpful and nice with any questions I had. Thank you

This hotel sits right on a very busy section of I-5. Yes, once you've booked the hotel and arrive, they offer you really cheap earplug and noise machines, but neither do anything to diminish the highway noise. I walked into the room and thought, "how odd, they left the window open." I walked over to close the window, only to find it closed. The road noise was so loud that it just felt like the window was open. I could not sleep at all. What a complete waste of money and it certainly ruined my next day because of how unrested I was.

Cleaniness - over all good Room - Meh. TV was so old and trying to watch the World Cup while we were there was a bit of a bummer. Per the usual, room fridges were barely cold. Breakfast - the standard sad fair. The cinnamon rolls were decent but eggs and sausage were pretty sad. Noise level - pretty loud as it is right on the freeway. They even leave ear plugs in your room, well one set for 4 people. But surprisingly with the AC running all night it wasn't too disruptive to sleep.

Clean spacious rooms! Staff was very friendly (morning crew was less friendly but not “mean”) breakfast was great lots of options! Overall a great place to stay!

I liked the hotel. Room, location near where our meeting was, parking easy, and close to a favorite restaurant.

We only stayed for one night but our room was very clean, breakfast was great, staff were nice and helpful, and parking was free!

I highly recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness and helpful staff. Very nice and smells good as you enter the lobby area. The breakfast food is excellent! The housekeepers are approachable and helpful. They clean the room properly. The front desk staffs are accommodating. They gave supplies like toiletries refill everyday. We stayed for 5 days and it was so great. 10 out of 10 rating.

Very accommodating staff. They have an early check in which I found amazing. Staff was kind and helpful, facilities were clean, fresh ground coffee machine was great. The beds were soft but not terrible

It was quieter than I expected given the location near the freeway. Clean and updated rooms. Overpriced for the level of service and quality of property. Location near military bases wasn't so great, given the lack of amenities and interesting restaurants nearby, I would have expected less than $150. $150 was the same price as a Hilton in Seattle. I wasn't impressed with the front desk clerk who checked me in. Their machine wouldn't take inserted cards or taps and only swipes, and she made me feel like I had been locked out of my account or didn't have the funds to pay when the payment didn't fail because of an issue with my card or account, but a technical problem with the machine and payment processor or her own imcompetence. The booking processing system has some kinks that should be worked out. It charged my bank account just fine when I checked my account. I wouldn't have commented except I expect better service from $150 a night.
