Beachfront basic bungalow. Good AC you could the sound of the waves. Walkable

Staff were friendly. Easy to get to shops, gyms and order taxi. Near night market and beach clubs! Water replenished each day. There was no pool or anywhere to lounge during the day. The beach is dirty. The AC blows right onto you at night so good luck with that! The room does not get cleaned and bins do not get emptied. TV only has Thai channels

We stayed in a beach front bungalow. That was amazing. Staff were amazing AC was quiet and efficient Nothing.

Great location, right on the beach and good restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly. Rooms are really dated, bed was rock solid, very uncomfortable and blanket smelt unclean. Shower was very poor - you have to hold it above your head.

Great location on the beach front listning to the waves while sleeping was very pieceful loved the balcony sitting watching the sea and beach with a few cold beers breakfast there too and staff friendly and wasn't expensive for food and drinks there really wasn't much to dislike everything you'd expect from a beach front hut and good air con aswell I'd definitely stay again . Only down side was little out dated and tired looking but that didn't stop me loving this place.

Sea view , perfect for peacefull vacation .. Just mattress is hard and bed was old rest everything is perfect for budget stay

I loved everything to Lamai Resort. Of course you don't have to expect of a 5 star resort, but for that price with location literally on the beach, its fabulous. I loved every second there. I will go again asap! :) The mattress its a bit hard, but still comfortable... Nothing else!

Water delivered daily and location This stay should've been a 10 but for a few quirks though while I didn't worry, I'd not stay here again unless new under new care. Sad as I will be back, but there are many other options for less than I was charged. Arrived to be advised std room is second row. Not how it was portrayed and if you "select" the 2nd row "with a view", bring a mural so you do get a view! Asked if any beach front were avaliable. How odd, yes there was. Paid and later see charged more for single beds than queen listed in random listing's. Took it on the chin, but then no toiletries, though managed a soap bar, no sheets other than mattress. OK warm enough, but beach facing, an additional sheet is appropiate! Restuarnt not active other than coffee and eggs, (didnt try any) but plenty of wonderful options close by. Overall a great island to stay and hopbaround. The unit and location itself was perfect and had a relaxed stay. Shoulda been a 10, but for the secondary charge and a couple of minor quirks. If you can be sure you're getting what you paid for, do stay, bring some toiletries and pull the curtains if not taking pajamas!

good location, nice room, good aircon wifi ect, lovely staff, would recommend it was hard to keep the sand out of the room but there isn’t really anything the property could do

The location is great, right on the beach and a short walk from Lamai night market (we much preferred Lamai to Chaweng, has everything and is cheaper, quieter and more relaxing) Room was clean, tidy and a good size, balcony was great and being individual bungalows is really nice for privacy and noise There are a few mozzies around as it has a stream still behind the bungalows and there was only one very this waffle blanket which wasn’t really enough for us, otherwise good.

Wonderful little place just outside of town, very chill and quiet, but easily walkable to bars and restaurants. The sound of the waves at night is perfect!
