Location and the views. The breakfast was fine The coffee is terrible and tasteless. If you like coffee, as most do today, you need to replace the cheap Robusta beans (100% not even a mix) with Arabica beans. We had to go to the resort next door, which uses 100% Arabica beans, roasts in Japan, and knows how to make excellent coffee. I talked to people there, but they have no idea about coffee. For example, the machine gives expressos, but there are no espresso cups. I had to ask for them, and the response was that it's only for lunch. Anyway, they did provide espresso cups later, but the machine isn't properly programmed. The pool has a grimy side that you can scrape off with your fingernails. It's a bit dated, but it's ok.

Stunning views from the rooms, restaurant and pool, friendly staff, incredible cliff top setting! What a pleasant stay. A few ants in the last room I stayed in.

We get every day 1 bottle of water per person which was good. You can rent a scooter very uncomplicated from the reception. Your are close (10min drive) from Lamai Beach and (15min) from Chaweng City. The room was big enought for us as a couple. Staff in restaurant and reception are very friendly. You can get a massage which is more expensive then the rest spa lounges in the citys. First of all, the 4stars rate is in our opinion not right, we see a max. Of 3 stars. Hotel should be in some cases renovated as our room/bathroom and pool are. The air condition in the room is very loud and you can't do sleep without earplugs. In our opinion was it also very cold we turned to 25 degrees and it still was very cold in the room. Whitout was not possible because of the high humidity of 85%. The breakfast and coffee was not good, never a 4 stars worth, so we didn't ate there which was sad because it was included. Beach is with very bad furnitures which can be also changed in my opinion, its very sad that they do not effort to look good, thats why everyone is sitting upstairs by the pool. If you would snorkel or swim downstairs, you should bring some watershoes, they have sharp cliffs in the sea. We get a massage as a couple they charge us the full price as hotel guests which was not fair because it was written in the room you can apply for 10% off.

The property is very well maintained and very clean. There is a balcony with amazing views and the beds are comfortable and the shower is great. Its not that I didn't like it but it is more for people to be aware that there are many steps if you are on the top floor and some of those steps are not always the same. I simply suggest if there are mobility issues that customers be sure to reserve lower levels.

Pleasant resort with access to the beach, and a nice place to watch the sunset. Easy to take a Grab from the hotel to various locations in Koh Samui. Room was comfortable and the resort offers laundry for a good price. Breakfast selection was pretty good. The resort feels slightly cramped, like they crammed too many rooms onto the property. Also beware that the clientele skewed towards families, many of whom had young children and toddlers. I also found the restaurant a bit expensive, and not so impressive. Overall, just be aware you’ll need to Grab pretty much everywhere you want to go from here.

Enjoyed using the pool area with recliners chairs and the beach below. Breakfast was good with limited vegetarian variety. Had good dinners at the resort - food prices were average. However, not happy with our room. Our Room had a few issues: Road noise from adjacent street, no sound proof between rooms and could hear everything next door, bad smell in the bathroom, toilet seat needs maintenance, lots of stairs to navigate and bad wi-fi connection.

Exceptional breakfast

The hotel is even better than it looks in the photos. The staff are lovely and always helpful. The views from the rooms are incredible, the best I've seen on Samui. Good location, but only if you want to drive a car or motorbike. There are no shops within walking distance. But the hotel provides all the services you need to feel comfortable and not leave the hotel. The food in the restaurant is delicious and affordable. I liked everything very much. I rarely like to return to hotels twice, but I would return to Coral Cliff.

Great location, quiet, and secluded The shuttle system was confusing, bad communication. Had to wait a long time at pier to be picked up.

Pros: Lovely area with beautiful landscaping, especially as we had one of the higher rooms. A cute, almost private beach with sunbeds, and the beach across the rocks was also lovely. Nice pool and gym. The walk around the resort is lush and very green. Room decor is a bit old but has its own charm. Cute balcony and a quiet area. Comfortable bed. Lovely and friendly staff. The location was perfect for our needs, set between the busy areas of Lamai and Chaweng. We enjoyed a more remote vacation vibe, while still being close enough to attractions, as long as you are mobile. Overall: Despite a few downsides, we had a very pleasant stay. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it a great place to relax, especially if you are looking for a quiet base that is still well connected to the main areas of the island. Cons: Weak water pressure in the shower. The sheets had a slight nonenal smell. Thin walls, you can hear noise from outside and from the busy road, especially in rooms close to it. Weak WiFi at times.

Beautiful overall A lot of safety issues such as broken railings , very large steps

Access to the beach - quite difficult. Ladies on the receptions were quite unpleasant while check in, they had problem with our 5y kid. Quite far from Chaweng or Lamai. No chance to walk.

Our room had three major advantages: First, It had a beautiful interior and was quite spacious as well as comfortable. Second, it had immense windows and a balcony that enabled us to gaze at the sea view. Third, it had a double private access to Coral cove beach with an awesome snorkeling location with calm water. We could also enjoy a good breakfast that was included in our fare. Most of the employees were nice at the exception of two receptionists. The resort has five disadvantages according to our own experience. Upon our arrival, we noticed how loud it was to hear the cars driving by as well as the neighbors talking or doing anything next door. However, you get used to it very quickly. Secondly, the service with the scooter rental was quite limited. You are not entitled to choose your vehicle. What outraged us was the lack of a framework to hold your cell phone while checking online maps to drive around. When we addressed the issue with the reception desk lady, she merely told us to buy it on our own. My wife ended up holding her cell phone while I was driving and indicated me the way. Thirdly, for any authentic Thai spicy foodies, do pay attention to mention that you want your dish spicy while ordering for the first time at the restaurant of the resort. We didn't do it and had to ask and add spicy powder on our own. Fourth, do bear in mind the existing language barrier and limitation: we asked whether we could pay for the scooter rental in cash and got a positive reply whereas during checking out, we were requested to pay in cash. Lastly, it's quite difficult to go around without any scooter or taxi as it is quite unsafe to walk partly on the road.

Gorgeous location. Loved the little private beach - a bit quieter than the pool area and nice to snorkel with cute fish around! Shower water would go hot and cold. Towels for the pool often weren't available. Internet very poor for the villa we were staying at the top near reception.

Our room was an attached room (most probably given to families or groups who want to stay together), they separated the room with inside doors so not too much privacy.This kind of room must only be given to families or groups who want to stay closer.And also pool seemed greenish and blurry most of the days,this must be taken care of definitely.
