Nice and polite staff.

Had no working TV in my room

It was nice stay. The room was clean and beautiful, very spacious, clean and functional. The staff, as almost standard for Thailand was extremely polite and friendly, and very keen to help. The facilities like pools and yards were clean and I liked them. None. Everything was fine as expected.

It needs a good clean, the beach is filthy. There was an overflowing ashtray next to the swimming pool that wasn’t emptied for 5 days. Grime everywhere.

Value of the hotel for the money we paid was not worth it. Pool very small, very small hotel, rooms from the street very loud. Sun beds broken.

Lovely hotel and great value. Great breakfast, pool and very comfy bed. Wi-Fi not great around the pool. A little noisy if you are facing the road. They wouldn't refund us as we were wanting to change our plans after asking 2 weeks in advance.

Our room and The view from our room was amazing! View from the restaurant was great for dinning.. The staff was very accommodating, always with big smiles, kind and very helpful. Specially the two ladies at the front desk . The food was excellent! Cant wait to visit again! We loved everything!

The staff was so nice and helpful. The pools and AC made our stay in Thailand so much better as we were not acclimatized to the heat. The yoga and sound bath sessions were just fantastic. Even the housekeeping was great. All their staff were so wonderful. And the property was just so beautiful. The food and drinks were fresh and delicious. And the price of our stay was very good. Over all this resort met all our needs and expectations. We found the bed hard but the staff added a topper as soon as we notified them and it made a big difference.

Not a fan of open space bathroom design but that's preferential and it's very common here anyway

The location was great as the property was beach facing, there were quite a few eateries and massage (authentic) places around the area. They had free yoga and sound healing sessions with the resident teacher - Alyssa. They have a Black cat named Cyber who was super friendly and made our day :) The rooms had poor construction, we had to move 5 rooms that had one problem or the other starting from a few non working air-con rooms, a bathroom with poor drainage and then another with a broken tap. Definitely not worth the value we paid and it was a harrowing experience to have to move between rooms to find one problem or the other. We paid for a sea-facing room and they finally gave us a room with no view (facing the adjacent building) saying that is all they have left. On asking them to pay the difference they then later decided to upgrade us to a better room with a sea view which also had a slight issue with the air-con cooling but we were too tired by then to change again and decided to settle in. Not an experience I would want anyone who has travelled far to get here.

Location Loud on street side rooms, toilet seat didnt fit properly, water pressure erratic

I faced an issue with the room I booked, the hotel seems to mix up the room types, and there were several guests facing the same issue.

Location, price, generous size of room and bathroom, large balcony, lovely romantic breakfast area overlooking ocean, yoga classes, lovely staff, quiet (except for road) No desk in room, mattress not very comfortable, elevator out of service, not many western breakfast food options, AC in room not strong enough.

The hotel is right on the beach and walking distance from various restaurants and bars. Moreover, staff members are very nice and helpful especially at reception. The bed was very uncomfortable and we did not feel like the facilities / amenities were 4 stars.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff exceptional, especially in the restaurant. I loved the relaxed atmosphere here and it is great value for money. Would definitely stay here again if I were to revisit the island. No improvements I can think of.

Location of the hotel was wonderful, beach was excellent for swimming. Pool was nice, although not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas are provided. The rooms we got was not what we booked. There are only VEGAN food options at the hotel and this was not made clear on your booking site. There was no staff at pool side to order drinks, you needed to search for anyone to help you, both times I ordered my order was delivered wrong. Often the front desk was left unmanned with no staff available.

The atmosphere is so beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. A bit far from center of Lamai but on a main road so many stores and restaurants near by

Lovely pool area with beach access. Lobby was well decorated. Offer free wellness activities to hotel guests! Overall really enjoyed our stay and great value for money. Some parts of the property could use a bit of an update but overall nice.
