LiLa Inn & Motorbike Tours Ha Giang

In the morning, there was smoking outside which got sucked into our room so our room stank of smoke.

For the cost it was perfect.

Was able to get laundry done Bed was super hard and uncomfortable

Great staff, perfect to start our motorbike tour through Lila inn which was the highlight of our Vietnam trip!

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful they made you feel so welcome Accommodation at the various homestays was outstanding! Our easy riders were just wonderful. Warm, helpful and fun!! This trip exceeded my expectations

Cleanliness Nothing

Excellent place!

The best places I stayed in Vietnam, the structure of the Inn is really good, the dorms have plenty of space everything looks new and clean. The price is really good as well and it's breakfast included (you have 3 options to choose). The best part is the staff they are really nice people and helpfull, I reccomend staying longer than just 1 day before/after the loop there are so much to explore in Ha Giang. Just ask the staff they will give you great recomendations where to visit!

Superb

We stayed here for one night before our Ha Giang tour. We where treated like royalty. We had a private room, they had everything organized for us, the bus trip in from Hanoi , the bus trip out after 3 days doing the loop for a night bus to "Ninh Bin ". The accommodations where clean and had everything you needed. I would highly recommend every employee. All very friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Thank you ? ?

Absolutely brilliant place , super clean and amazing team staff. We stayed in a dorm which was quiet and clean with large beds and everything is very well thought out. We did the Ha Giang Loop tour with Lila too and I cannot express how amazing it was from start to finish and how great the easy drivers are here , they really do put your safety and enjoyment first . So helpful too we booked our bus back to Hanoi with them. You can buy breakfast here as well if required . If you’re thinking of coming to Ha Giang and want a good stay with a well thought out Loop plan then you won’t be disappointed - they care a lot about your experience.

We booked the 4 day tour with Lila Inn following a glowing recommendation from a fellow traveller. The hostel is great value for money and the staff are very kind and helpful. We had an amazing experience on the tour which we took with easy riders who were fun, kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, safe, comfortable and relaxed. The ages in the groups were mixed and great for older people who don’t want to be with young party people. The Ha Giang loop is something I will never forget and I’m really happy that we shared it with all of the guys at Lila Inn. I’d recommend this company 1000%!!

The people working at LiLa Inn are incredibly friendly, supportive and approachable. I stayed at a female dorm before and after my 4D3N ha Giang Easy Rider tour one night respectively. The spacious rooms, shared showers and toilets are clean. There are comfy shared spaces, good breakfast and beautiful views from the hostel. Thank you, looking forward to coming back!

Everything! It’s such a clean and comfortable venue to stay before you do the ‘Ha Giang Loop’ we loved the pillows, the people and the place all together. book the Loop with these guys they have the best drivers and we did it for three days- Lila sort everything out. Special mention to the great manager and Nhu who could not be more helpful if they tried. I fact the whole team there are excellent.

I stayed before the loop trip and both private rooms and dorms were comfortable and clean. The dorm rooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable and there are plenty of shower and toilet cubicles. It’s in a quiet location so you get a good nights sleep. The hostel is new and doesn’t seem entirely finished yet as there are no common areas for socialising and also not many people were staying there when I was there- so I might not stay there if wanting to meet new people - but for a good value place to sleep it’s excellent. The reception staff are excellent and really make you feel comfortable and welcome. The best service I had in Vietnam. Super efficient and helpful and very friendly. I had great support both booking the loop trip through the hostel as well as busses and also got nice tips for good restaurants and coffee places.
