Wonderful hotel. More than friendly staff, they make you feel at home. Beautiful location, breakfast was delicious and varied, comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent location for skiing at Patscherkofel. Will love to go back! Quite limited menu for children.

You can easily see all the love, effort and personal investment put into running this family-owned hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and inviting hotel. Also, the food at the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was exceptional. We happily recommend this place.

This place is a gem and we wish we had stayed longer than one night. The current owners are the 15th generation of the family that has owned this place for 700 years. We really enjoyed getting to know some of the family members who spent time showing us around the property as well as gave us tips on what to do as well as tips on how to take the local public transportation to Innsbruck as well as to a gondala ride. The restaurant at this place is excellent and the breakfast, which was included in our price, was outstanding.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with great views. Location is super, just outside the city with very convenient public transport. The food at the restaurant and the service both at the hotel and restaurant were exceptional.

Beautiful setting in the lush, green hills above Innsbruck. The owner made us feel so welcome. Modern, impeccably clean room with comfy bed and modern bathroom. Great shower. The sixteen generations of family ownership is proudly on display with its beautiful decor including stunning historical woodwork. The breakfast was amazing. The best we have ever experienced in our 50 years of travel. Would of been nice to have a refrigerator. Also face cloths which seem to be absent in most places we stay in Europe. Neither was a huge inconvenience

Beautiful hotel grounds, staff is amazing and food is exceptional! Nothing

While the rooms were very comfortable, their modern interiors/furnishings detracted from the otherwise historic and authentic style of the property. Would have liked the room to feature furniture styles more in line with that of the rest of the property.

The food was exceptional, freshly prepared, locally sourced and - so important for breakfast - lots of choices. I loved the coffee they served. As so often in Tirol, this is a family-run business, and they were genuinely welcoming and nice. The same goes for the staff. the woman, who was responsible for breakfast in the morning, was delightful - on the job before 6 a.m., cheerful and happy to get me a cup of fresh coffee when I sneaked down in my pyjamas around 7. It is heartwarming to see such a good team working together so well. Better shower doors!

We loved everything! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was conveniently located with short walking distance to the buses which ran regularly and it was a quick 15/20 min journey to the middle of Innsbruck. The dining area was lovely and welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast on offer each morning and we preferred to eat dinner here each night too. The staff were absolutely exceptional, particularly Andy who remembered small details and really made our trip special. We will most certainly be staying here again when we return to Innsbruck! Absolutely nothing!

Brilliant guesthouse overlooking Innsbruck with a panoramic view of the mighty Nordkette. The family owned the hotel is incredible with everyone trying to make you feel welcome. The community they have built is also remarkable. I have to mention as well the delicious authentic food served at the restaurant . We had our anniversary dinner there and it was amazing. Loved it!! I can not recommend it enough.

Breakfast was incredible every morning. Staff was friendly. Grounds were beautiful and the view was stunning. A bit of a language barrier but not bad at all.

The property is beautiful with scenic views of the mountains. Excellent breakfast and customer service was wonderful. It felt very family run and all staff were very helpful. Bus pass was so kind and helpful to get into Innsbruck easily. We went into Innsbruck one day and enjoyed hiking locally and a spa day in town for the rest of our trip. Nothing! It was perfect.

The location is great and only a few minutes from Innsbruck. However, if you are interested in the countryside, there are plenty of paths to walk and also nice restaurants around. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant served a great variety of food and had great service. I really loved the old authentic style of the complete house and its interior in the restaurant. Overall, you can really see the place has long time tradition in hosting people and leaving them satisfied. Our room was facing the street and on the first night there was rain. The wet road made the noise from the passing cars quite loud and was relatively hard to sleep. On the second night, there was no rain and we could sleep much better. If I visit again I would definitely request a room which faces the inside garden/restaurant. Otherwise, room was fine.

Beautiful setting, a lovely hotel exceptionally clean. And probably the best hotel staff anywhere we have ever stayed, they couldn’t do enough for us even getting in some gluten free bread and rolls for my wife for breakfast. Absolutely nothing
