Solid choice of hotel and restaurant in Igls. Nice view of mountains in the mountain view rooms. The staff was super friendly and nice. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Good, "old school" accommodations fitting the locale. Ample parking available. Everything met expectations.

Spacious and cosy room. A + for having both bathtub and shower together Breakfast was ok, but the warm food (eggs, bacon and sausage) were too salty and swimming in grease. Otherwise it offers what you expect from a basic breakfast

Nice location near Innsbruck, Krystalwelt 20 to 25 minutes drive, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The hotel was in Ingls, a beautiful small village just a couple kilometers from Innsbruck. The hotel is around the corner to the tram into the city. We had a large, lovely room with a beautiful view! Must importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this hotel! By the way, their apple strudel was the best!

The staff was very friendly. I could not enjoy breakfast due to a very early departure, but they prepared a lunch packet for me.
