A beautiful setting and warm inside. The check in time is very late and not particularly convenient. It makes your stay quite expensive for the amount of time you can actually stay in the room. The breakfast was poor quality, a lot of pre packed biscuits, frozen bread heated in the oven etc, things were not labelled and you couldn’t make fresh tea or coffee or hot milk.

Früstück was excellent for the low price

Location very pretty and scenic, regular buses into the city. Breakfast could have a fruit option.

Good value Small bedroom and extremely tiny bathroom

A beautiful, quite location - so peaceful. The room was so much nicer than on the photos and the housekeeper was really nice. Great accessibility with the local bus to city center (max. 15 min).

Superb location Strictness (compulsory hand sanitizing before entering the building) and moaning by the owner about cost of everything including showers, heating, internet. Owner had nothing positive to say about the beautiful location.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Customer service. The lady was very rude, angry that I had brought my two small children to her hotel, and angry that we arrived late.

Location. At the beginning of walking paths to the surrounding villages and conveniently located to Innsbruck. Host did not speak English, 8-9 for breakfast, no common area, limits to when showers could be taken and lights to be on.
