Hotel Bon Alpina

Staff was not helpful and rude. They gave me a room and I walked in on someone in my room. They gave me another room where there were dead roaches and dust all over the bathroom. They then told me I could use spa after chemo out and would give me a locker and towel then another guy said I had to pay for it. Parking was not only for their hotel guest but guest from other hotels were in the lot so I couldn’t park my car there. I asked for ice and the bar tender says they are closed he had no key yet he stood at the front desk for 2-3 hours chatting it up with the front desk associate. They didn’t know if there were vending machines around, I found on. The wifi didn’t work well and the overall not a good stay. I could stayed downtown Innsbruck for way cheaper but I wanted a spa, which I didn’t even get to use and parking which they didn’t have available on site. This was a lovely hotel in a very cute town. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I especially loved spending time in the pool which was indoors, but connected to a hearted outdoor pool. The website stated dinner was until 9:00 pm. When we arrived at 8:00 pm the front desk told us it closed at 8:00 pm. Please update the website. Also, I sent 3 messages to the property before our arrival and I heard back from only one of them after we checked out. Despite this communication problem, it was a good stay and I still recommend this hotel.

Location good, really good staff - friendly, helpful and in a good mood. Very clean room (one exception in the bathroom) and a great balcony with view! Fitness room really underequipped. In my room (top floor) the bathroom ceiling beams wer partly at my shoulder height, hit my head getting up from the toilet. A bit of black mold in the shower. The shelf above the sink was already tilted so far you couldn’t really place anything there.

Location is not the best for Ski access. Breakfast is very basic.

friendly place in the center of nice town, good starting point for walks, local bus stop nearby, comfortable room, good breakfast, parking was an asset everything was fine, as a side not - majority of people staying was at that time rather older than younger.

Breakfast was great, and staff very helpful. Wish there were more walkable shops and restaurants.

- The amazing breakfast was buffet, and you can eat a great variety of things. - It has two swimming pools, which are connected. One is inside and one is outside. - It has a bar where one can take a drink (but we didn´t use it). - The staff members at reception are very helpful and nice. - There is a bus running from in front of the hotel to Inssbruck, and it´s for free with a ticket they give you at reception. That bus also runs till the cable car that will take you up to the Patscherkofel mountain´s top. The room was a bit loud because of the noise of the cars on the street

A really comfortable place to stay, pleasant SPA area and a good pool. Ample parking was a huge plus, as was the friendliness of the staff. room was way too hot and no thermostat. And i couldn't find my way out of the SPA and back to my room; the signs are not good enough..
