Comfortable and affordable. Friendly and accommodating hosts with great knowledge of the area. Not great restaurant choices nearby but everything is within walking distance.

The hotel is nicely located and close to the city and lake, but still very quiet at night. The staff is very friendly and helps with any inquiries you might have. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the mattresses comfortable and the bathroom clean as well. For us it was the perfect stay for a couple of days in Sa Pa.

The staff was really kind and helpful. We arrived after a tour in a bamboo forest, our shoes and trousers were covered.in mud, but they said they'll just clean it up. We got a lucky envelop with 10k dong it, because of the new years celebration. The room was nice and warm, the bathroom was clean. There was some instant soup, tea, coffee,chips and yoghurt for free in the room. After check out we could leave our bagback in the hotel during our trip to Fansipan, after that the receptionist lady ordered us a taxi. Thank you for your help! :) .

Very kind staff! Catered to our every need- food, drinks, laundry and we're just wonderful people. Bed was a little hard but not bad and there was only one person who speaks English.
